This was a very quiet and clean office. There was absolutely no wait times and the staff was friendly. I was informed of what to expect during the visit and frequently asked if I had any questions. They dentist explained in detail what my dental plan would look like and why he felt it was the best route to go. I felt my concerns were heard and knew my care and happiness was important to them. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a good dentist.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. They get the job done efficiently and quickly. However, the staff could use a bit more professionalism—particularly the front desk, which can come across as a bit unfriendly. While they're not the most personable, they do work to get you in and out quickly. If you have any questions, they will answer them. One thing that I found a bit frustrating is the apparent lack of communication between the dentist and the orthodontist. On the plus side, you'll always know when your appointment is, as they send plenty of reminders.

My experience with Gentle Dental was great, as usual! Everyone was very nice and considerate and performed their tasks promptly. Also this office is very close to my home so I can simply walk there in 10 minutes...good exercise and convenient location for me.

The dental team at Gentle Dental is efficient from the answering of the phone to the receptionist to the hygienist to the dental tech taking the x-rays and of course the dentist himself. All were very thorough, pleasant and efficient.

The office staff need to be more professional. I have been patient with this office for a long time. Luckily, I go to this office twice a year just for general cleaning. The hygienist has been good. There is nothing to complain about, yet the office staff are a different game. They screwed up 1) Billing: You need to keep your invoices, making sure they are doing correctly. Otherwise, they will back-bill you.
2) They will lose your visit record. My husband visited last December and visited in June for cleaning. The office said they don't have a December record of him, so he needed to pay extra for an extra checkup. They said the system has changed, etc.
3) The office staff needs to be more professional. I called this office many times about my billing, but they never called me back. And today, the font desk lady (Elisa or Lisa), she said the billing is the third party, and the office has nothing to do with it. Then, what is the point to put their office phone number on the billing statement?! She said it is not the office problem, it is my problem! What is that?!

There are better places to go if you are looking for a professional environment. It is about time for our family to change the dentist.

Feels like they try and pad the bill.

Shockingly dirty facility.

Staff was not rude, but had that weird fake politeness you see at some places.

Requested a teeth cleaning and they didn’t told me they didn’t have the skill to perform it without X-rays. Even though I did the X-rays anyway they didnt clean my teeth. It was an all around strange dental experience for something seemingly routine.

To make things even stranger they offered to plug my USB drive into their office computer to give me a copy of my X-rays (that I didn’t even want) so that I can keep them with me like some sort of weird dental dog tags.

So in short. I wanted my teeth cleaned, took time off work, got sassed by the staff, they gave me X-rays I didn’t want, didn’t clean my teeth and violated HIPAA regulations: Device and Media Controls (45 CFR § 164.310(d)), Access Control (45 CFR § 164.312(a)), and Workstation Security (45 CFR § 164.310(c))

And all I wanted was my teeth cleaned.

I never enjoy going to the dentist, but they do a great job. The receptionist that answers the phone is so very pleasant. The dentist and the lady that did my dental work were both professional and very nice. I would definitely recommend them.
