I had a really disappointing experience with this dental clinic. After they provided me with a plan of care, I was shocked to find out they are now charging me additional fees that were never clearly communicated. The staff was unhelpful when I tried to clarify the charges, and I feel completely misled. The lack of transparency and poor customer service has left me frustrated and regretting my decision to choose this clinic. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They seem more interested in making money than providing clear, honest care.

I actually chose this practice because of the positive reviews on Google. They did not disappoint. My first visit was amazing! The warm welcome from the reception desk. Gabby was so friendly and warm-hearted, taking x-rays. She really seemed to really enjoy her role. She explained everything. She was very people oriented. I hope I can have this experience every time. She made me feel so welcomed. The Dentist was super educational and thorough, presented options on treatments, and asked about/incorporated my overall health. I have never had a Dentist like this! He was not judgmental and appeared that he truly cared. You can tell they both enjoyed their job. I am glad I made the choice to go there. This was such a positive experience.

I have brought my mom here a few times and every visit has been great. My mom has dementia so a little more patience is required and the staff has shown just that along with the gentle. They do a good job explaining things to you and the people up front are great. I don't live in the area but I'll make the drive to keep bringing my mom here.

My biggest fear is the dentist and I had a great experience. From Glenda at the front desk to Lory the dentists assistant. Lory explained everything and I felt way better. Left feeling not so scared anymore. Well until my next visit !! It had been 8 years since I saw a dentist because I fear them.

Dr.ung is very perfessional and is outstanding with my client he ensure that we have the best experience when we have every appointment make sure my client is aware of any issue and answer any questions or concern we have and staff there are super nice every time we arrive . best dental place ever.i highly recommend people to come to there office

I've been coming to this location for over a decade. The service was okay before, but the office management and staff changed a few years ago, and I have not been disappointed since.
Melissa and the rest of the office staff (and the Dental Hygienist) are very congenial and accommodating to their guests (rather than being patients). And Dr. Ung has been providing pleasant "chairside" manner and professional dental service since he's been here. Hopefully he'll be here for quite awhile and continue providing the great care I've received from him so far.

I love the staff at Gentle Dental! The Receptionists are always warm, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Mark Slivka knows his patients and takes care of us as if we are family! I've been going to Gentle Dental for over ten years and will keep coming back!
