I cancelled my last two appointments because I called and left messages 4 times asking for a call back, no one called me back. I left a message canceling my August 2nd appointment on the Tuesday before the appointment. On Friday I received a call at my cancelled appointment time asking me if I was on my way? I told her to I cancelled because I never received any call backs and they were over charging me. Over the contracted rate. I gave it 1 star because the dentist was very gentle.

I came in as a first time patient and had a last minute request. They were able to accommodate me and my son and it really made a world of difference of a difference. All the staff was kind, it was the best dental experience we have had yet!

I had an emergency which I made clear to the lady I made the appointment with. She was really nice and helpful. They got me in 5 days later (today) at 8 am when they open. I get a text from them that they had to cancel my appointment at 7:54am while I am already in their parking lot. While I understand emergencies happen and my dr was out, the lady on the phone that called me back to reschedule says the soonest appointment was November 6th. She was so unhelpful and didn't seem to care that this was an emergency on my end that I already had to wait too long. I do not recommend this place and if you need help you might as well be your own dentist.

Gentel Dental always wants yearly xrays weather your dental coverage permits, or you have to pay out of pocket. I asked them if it was covered by my dental plan? I was told "some are and others not". I ended up paying for these Xrays, so I had mine taken along with a cleaning plus exame. 10 days later my left rear molar broke off, while I was chewing gum. On top of the molar was a 3 mm yellowish circle and under the piece that fell was a large grey 5mm cavity. I also asked them @ on year before about the 2mm gray line around the base of that tooth, on top of the gum line and I was told that it was normal for a crown to develope them ?
Therefore; I found a new Private Dentist and asked them to forward me my xrays. That was 2 weeks ago after I signed a release form via email and I am still waiting for them. What's the point of taking xrays, if the dentist and the dental hygienist, can not spot a major cavity. And under a visual inspection the tooth had that 3mm yellowish circle on top dead center? The digital xrays are crystal clear. The office manger did NOT offer any help, just "sorry".
Welcome to the dentist mill, no different than Western Dental. I started going here over a decade ago and have had a half dozen different dentist and have always paid my bills right after treatment.
For a couple of years, I went to their Petaluma office and
Dr. George & Dr. Ellis provided me with excellent care. However, both of them retired 2 years ago, so I been driving up from Novato to see Dr. B.
Maybe this is Karma letting me know it is time for a change.

Everyone was so incredibly sweet except Jackie in the front desk was so incredibly unprofessional. She was so unprofessional from the start. When I asked to speak to the manager she hung up the call and I felt so uncomfortable with the way she was talking to me as if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Had the best experiance, staff was super gentle and nice. I have had a lot of dental work and I am stoked to find gentle
Dental. I had a tooth split a few months back and was quoted 7k and told I needed a root canal by an emergency dental space in Healdsburg. Gentle dental was able to fix my broken tooth better then new without a root canal. I am stoked
