Gentle Dental Tri Pointe

My first visit to Gentle dental was very nice. Customer Service from the front desk were very kind to me and once I got in the back for them to check out my issues with my teeth, they were very good to me. I definitely like this dental office and will continue to go here and I will share this place with others that are in need of a dentist.

We were searching for a new dentist due to insurance changes. I was a little worried about choosing a franchise dentist as I had only gone to independently owned offices. However, I have been so pleasantly surprised. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The offices are clean and spacious. The staff takes time to explain everything that’s going on and what the charges will be. I am so impressed with this office.

Andy the Head Dental Assistant was welcoming, friendly and very professional. Dr. Munoz was amazing! The staff was very efficient and treated me like a long time client. I highly recommend this network. Made me feel at ease and met all my needs.

I was treated very strictly..a I felt like I was being targeted as a theif simply for asking them to waive my balance which was set to 36 remaining dollars. The way the manager spoke to me makes me fear continuing service. I felt the compassion for clients was not there. I don't know what I might let them do to me furthering this action from them... that will always leave that mark on me. If I do continue with service, I only want them to do their job. I was treated like their child that has been given to an abusive parent. I'm speaking with my lawyer as well because I fear the manager is conniving. Her attitude is a lie. She has hidden agenda brought on by her own PERSONAL issues. I'm concerned about her running an office.

I just had a root canal done at Gentle Dental Tri Pointe and it was a wonderful experience. I have had issues with other offices handling my insurance. Michelle in the front office understood the insurance side well and was able to communicate my out of pocket costs in a clear and concise manner. The general vibe of the office was happy and upbeat. The endodontist was a happy go lucky guy which turned a usually miserable experience into a rather pleasant one. Kevin was the specialists assistant and he walked me through the x-rays and explained what the Dr. was looking for which helped to put me at ease during the process. Overall, I'm not recommending you get a root canal but if you need one you should go here.

The staff members are friendly and the atmosphere is excellent. I am completely satisfied with the service at this facility. I am pleased with the staff members who are able to communicate with me without a sign language interpreter. I look forward to being there on my next appointment.

My appointment with Dr Munoz was a positive experience. She was very helpful and was concerned about my dental situation. It had been several years since I had been to a dentist and I was very comfortable and at ease.

I was seen at Tri Pointe Gentle Dental on Thursday 9/12/24. I called that morning with severe tooth pain. They fit me right in! I saw Dr Munoz who was first and foremost concerned with getting me out of pain. Assistant Andy was so sweet, kind, and personable. I went to this location as I work about 2 mins away. Previously I had been seen at the Marana location. I will now stay with the Tri Pointe location. Also, the front desk gals were beyond friendly.
