I went to get my teeth removed I had my appointment schedule Monday at 11am. I got a phone at around 8 am that morning saying that they had to move my surgery to 3 pm that day which was okay. Then I got a text message at 2:40 pm say that I had to reschedule my appointment and at this point I'm upset. So I gave them a call and I was told to come ar 4:45 pm. So my mom drove me down there at 4:40 pm. When I walk the place was closed. So I called the next day to complain. And I was told to come the next day which is today at 3:30 pm. So when I got there I had my mom sign up and outside of paper saying that she's going to be my driver but when push come to shut my mom had to leave to pick my brother up but they did not explain that she could not leave in the first place. So I just left really. Zero Star

I love my oral surgeon Dr. Khan but the woman receptionist at the very front counter is very disrespectful!!! I remember her from 2022 and her attitude and understanding of the patients issues has not changed at all, I had to call these people 3 separate times after having surgery to ask them for a work excuse so I can show my job that I had surgery. They still did not send me my excuse to my email because they failed to have it with my papers when I left the office, If I had the option and it was not through medicaid. I would not go to this location anymore. P.s I have yet to receive my excuse from work from the day of my surgery and now my job is on the line. So thanks

I had extractions done at this dental office, and my experience was exceptional. Alisha took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable and at ease before the procedure. Dr. Khan and his team were kind, professional, and focused on minimizing my pain, which was a top concern for me. I recently had a consultation at this office, and it was quick and efficient. The entire team was so sweet, professional, and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the process. It reminded me so much of my home “hawaii” because the service there is the same, filled with ALOHA SPIRIT!

When it came time for my surgery, I was extremely nervous, but they reassured me every step of the way. Although I waited about 2 hours, it didn’t bother me since I knew I had to get the extractions done to relieve the awful pain from my cracked wisdom tooth. It’s just like waiting for every other appointment i’ve had, some doctors appointments i’ve waited longer so this didn’t bother me one bit.

During the procedure, I honestly didn’t feel a thing! The next thing I remember was waking up in my vehicle with my family by my side. The staff worked swiftly and with such care, making sure I felt comfortable before and after the surgery. Despite the initial nerves, I had a great experience and would definitely return for any future dental needs “implants or extractions”Highly recommend!”

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Brought my daughter here for wisdom teeth extraction with a 2pm appointment. After waiting an hour, I ask the receptionist how much longer. She states there are 3 surgeries ahead of her. I then ask if they can call in or submit her RX due to us living 30 mins away. I got backlash from the assistant telling me there are 24-hour pharmacies. We'll, not where we live. I'm a surgical assistant and can not believe a practice is run so poorly and unprofessional. They have no respect for people's time, NONE! Also, she was sedated and was NPO for almost 24 hours. I would highly recommend another OS that is within your insurance network because this practice is rude and inconsiderate, and the owner should absolutely be ashamed of themselves for allowing a practice to be run like this.

EDIT: forgot to do an update after the surgery. Wonderful people there, super intelligent all around and took such great care in my teeth and me. I didn’t wake up once during it, or at least I was drugged enough to not remember it lol! Super speedy recovery, and they gave me pain relievers that were a LIFE SAVER when I was healing. I’d recommend going to these people 100000x again. Super good people!

I went in for a consultation and they’re very nice and professional. The surgeon who was consulting was super nice and friendly and I already felt comfortable in her care. Of course I’m still nervous and scared cause it’s surgery and has risks, but I have confidence in this team!

so unprofessional. scheduling appointments for early mornings, and NO DOCTOR is even in the building. people waiting all over the place. sitting on the floors in the hallways, no chairs for anyone. and waiting 2 hours after appointment time to be seen cause the provider isn’t even there is absolutely ridiculous!
