Dr. Ghotanian is great. The front office staff is a completely different experience. They are not warm and welcoming as most front office staff tend to be which does not seem to be a good business model. Upon arrival, I was not spoken to until my name was called. Efforts to have my changes explained were seemingly met with exasperation and inconvenience. Again, Dr. Ghotanian is great. It just may be time to reevaluate her front office staff (it seems this a pattern based on the available reviews) or me to reevaluate dentist.
