I have been going to Gibsonia Dental Care for a little over a year now and I’ve had such a great experience with both the dentist and dental hygienists at this practice. They’re not only incredibly kind and professional, but they also take the time to make every visit comfortable and informative. I really appreciate how they explain everything clearly and offer recommendations that are genuinely helpful and appropriate for my dental health. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want the best for them. I always leave feeling confident in my care and more educated about how to keep my smile healthy. Highly recommend!

Since moving to the Pittsburgh area, I tried three different dental practices and have finally found the one for me. Everyone is friendly, caring, and professional. I, like many people, am pretty anxious about dental procedures but this practice really does a great job putting one at ease. Highly recommend!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I scheduled with Gibsonia dental care because at the time whenever I made the appointment, I was promised that they could do the exam x-rays, and most importantly, the cleaning all at the same time and the availability was sooner than my other dentist and other dentist I called so whenever I made this appointment it was for today and they never called or emailed me or anything so I thought everything was fine. My wife this morning informed me that she had a message from my dentist on her phone number for some reason and that they were looking for me to confirm my appointment. I whenever I schedule my appointment I gave them my personal cell phone number as well as my email address And it looks like they dropped the ball and we’re trying to contact my wife because she must’ve been on my emergency contact whenever I was at this practice years ago a claim they were trying to contact my number, but it was disconnected. That would be because they were probably trying to contact my phone number from five years ago. That’s no longer in service I gave them my correct phone number however, this is all besides a point on their website it says that if your appointment is canceled, but you have to call and let them know. I believe it’s 48 hours before your appointment to cancel your appointment. I never canceled the appointment.

I called this morning to ask why they called my wife you know and they say that yeah my appointment is scheduled for today. I am still coming and are we still good and they said yes we’ll see you at your scheduled time at 12:50 so therefore, I took the afternoon off of work I arranged for childcare to watch the kids longer and I went to my appointment thinking I was gonna have my exam x-rays and most importantly my cleaning whenever I got into the office, they checked me in. They said they’ll take me back in a minute whenever I went back the gentleman I believe he was a hygienist asked me what brings me in today. I explain I’m a new patient. I’m here for my exam x-rays and cleaning at which time he told me that they are not giving me a cleaning today And because they that’s because I never confirm my appointment. I did confirm my appointment. It may have been just today, but that’s you know whenever I was informed that they were trying to get a hold of me. They could’ve very easily emailed me or contact the number that I gave them and I would’ve said yeah I’m coming. It is strange out on their website it doesn’t doesn’t say that you have to confirm that you’re coming or else you’re gonna cancel your appointment They kept trying to say that well the doctor would still see me and they will do x-rays in the exam, just not the cleaning, but the whole reason why I went there was because they would claim that they would do everything the same day the office manager Diane refused to take ownership of their mistakes and basically told me that they did me a favor by offering to do the exam and appointment which she just doesn’t see that my time is valuable. If you as a Business say that you’re gonna you know, especially in healthcare that you’re gonna take care of now you know a patient for XYNZ you should complete the XYZ not just offer XNY this is very inappropriate actions by a healthcare provider and I would not recommend anyone to risk their you know wasting their time to go to this practice my opinion the practice is a complete and utter failure and they’re very incompetent

My first appointment was awesome. The office is nice/comfortable and was greeted by very friendly ladies at the front desk. The dental hygienist did a wonderful cleaning. I actually look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Gibsonia Dental Care!!

Everyone there was genuinely kind and knowledgeable. Dena, one of the dental hygienists, was especially kind and clearly explained each step. I’ve moved around a lot and I’ve been to many different dental offices circumstantially bc of that, and this is the best care I’ve received before. I highly recommend!

I have sensitivity to cold and my hygienist was very considerate during the cleaning process. No cold water shots to my ouchie spots but she still got the job done. I very much appreciate that she took the time to ensure my comfort. Very friendly staff and doctors clearly explain everything, good and bad. Excellent experience overall.

Excellent dental practice! All staff very professional,organized, punctual, and pleasant. Last year I had a tooth pulled -- all of the procedure & care went well. I have routine check -ups and cleaning twice a year. The care & service has been consistently positive. I am so glad I found Gibsonia Dental Care and I highly recommend this dental practice to others.

Dr. C and the hygienists at Gibsonia Dental are exceptional! They truly care about the patients and provide amazing care. The front desk staff are also so kind and helpful, and the office is a very clean and calm environment. I highly recommend this practice.

Don’t go here. I’ve had to have both crowns redone by a capable dentist after the young doctor (I forget his name, he looks like late 20s) put them both in. And this is after he replaced one of them himself a second time.

They take about 6 months to make an appt and barely try to do anything for emergencies - put me on a waiting list. Hence me finding a new capable, kind, awesome dentist.
