I initially came in for a 3 month treatment. It was extremely hard to book since the front desk was often not available - I had to ring back 4 different times before I could make an appointment. Two months into my treatment I needed new scans. Since the doctor was fully booked I had to wait 6 weeks (!!!) before I could come in for them. During this time period I had to wear my retainers at night but could not progress on my treatment, thus extending treatment time by this amount.

Every time interaction I had with the orthodontist was extremely short - probably less than 1 min each.

Treatment seems to be effective, though (granted my case was very minor). Hence still three stars.

This was the best experience for my daughter. The only thing she was insecure about was her teeth. Dr. Gimlen is so thorough and so good at what she does my daughter followed all the rules and her teeth are beautifully straight and just six months! She never had any discomfort or aggravation with the Invisalign. Worth every penny!

Dr. Gimlen and her staff are intelligent, efficient and so amazing with their delivery of dental care. I am so appreciative of the compassion they have shown our family throughout the years. I love Dr. Gimlen! My daughter was slow to loose teeth. Every other ortho we visited wanted to start immediately at age 9 and pull lots of teeth and charge me for many “phases”. Dr. Gimlen said wait, monitor her, and let her grow. We did and now at age 15 she only has to do one year of Invisalign treatment. She is great and all her staff are friendly and helpful and help explain everything. I am so glad we chose the more conservative approach I think this is much simpler and easier on my daughter. Thanks Dr. Gimlen and staff!
