I love this dental office! From the moment you enter to the time you leave they make you feel so welcomed. Everyone always has a smile on their face and you can tell they all love working there. I took my 4 year old to get a cleaning and he felt so comfortable. He left his appointment with goodies and now wants to go back again tomorrow 😉!

This is the best Dentist spot in Vallejo. I enjoy seeing all the staff when I go there. Dr. Jacquie is not only
good at her craft but she is genuine and compassionate. Have had some solid discussions with Dr. Jacque, it’s like I’ve known her my entire life.

Everyone from Cindy at the front to all the dental hygienist are legit. Have not met one person there who isn’t amazing.

If you are like google searching for a dentist right now, just chose this one. Trust me, you’ll love it. It’s like visiting your smart side of the family who are about to fix your teeth up.

Warning to new patients: This place will only do x-rays on your first visit. They will not clean your teeth. Then, with the time that it would take to clean your teeth, they will use it to tell you about all issues with your teeth and scare you into getting expensive procedures.

I've been to two other dentists over the past 10 years for routine cleaning. I'm new to the area so I went here because I needed to find a new dentist. I have no cavities. No fillings. No pain. But this place tried to convince me to get multiple fillings for the smallest of chips and to consider elective (and dangerous!) surgery for a tooth.

I agree with the person that felt this place cares more about money. It really felt like a sales session with scare tactics. As I was getting ready to leave, the front desk lady had checked my insurance to see what other surgeries my company would pay for. All their recommended work was in the thousands of dollars. Even though my insurance would have paid for most of it, it was obvious that this place cares more about money than my health.

Please look for this behavior if you decide to go here. Get a second opinion if they give you a list of expensive procedures.

Due to terrible experiences with dental procedures as a child, I became a very fearful patient. I put off dental visits for 15 plus years. I went to Glen Cove Dental because they provide sedation dentistry. I've finally completed all the necessary repairs on my teeth and have become much less fearful in the process. Great group of people work there. I highly recommend them, especially for fearful patients.

Good work and all, but they really care about money more than the well being of the patient. We had some Insurance issues, which are all taken care of now. And they would not see my husband even though I explained that he was in excruciating pain. They really made money the main importance. We decided to go with our old dentist The smile Center in San Francisco. The urgency to help their patients, regardless of financial trouble is amazing. At the smile center they are warm, at Glenn cove dental the girl Cindy is cold and sarcastic and super fake. I like places that make you feel comfort and are willing to work with you. This place is definitely not one of them. A dentists number one priority should be helping those who need them, and financial stuff can be taken care of once a plan is in place at least. Even a payment plan could have been an option. At the smile center, they have payment plans and payment options. Be aware of this place. I asked the girl to send me the ex ray, which I paid for with her on the phone, and she took her time. Not only that, but they have no record of our cash payment for the ex ray, so I ended up paying twice. The attitude from Cindy, was really bad. You never talk to a customer that way, instead you are supposed to take care of people and see what you can do. This girl is probably one of the rudest customer service people I’ve ever talked to. I explained that he’s in excruciating pain and she said oh yea this should have been taken care of back in September. I wish I could have told her, sorry not everyone has 899 dollars laying around. And maybe if they offered a payment plan, we could have had it done back then. People like this aren’t In it to help others. Their in it for the money. Yea it took us time to save up, but now we have it, and they still can’t help because it’s a holiday and insurance is closed. Our insurance is active btw. The smile center treated us with so much care and understanding in the past, that I really hold other places to this standard. No where is as amazing and caring as the smile center in San Francisco. Idk if most dentists are like Glenn Cove, but if they are, I’ll just drive the extra hour to get taken care of. I didn’t feel like they cared about my husbands unbearable pain and possible infection. Their only nice to you if you have money up front and in their face. They don’t care about your excruciating pain.
