Doctors are great. Shady business practices within there administration office. Please save all statements and receipts this company will attempt to double charge for services. I moved out of state and was not contacted about balances but threatened with collections that had already been paid after NEVER being contacted. I will never do business with them again

Since Shawna has responded I can further elaborate. They made no attempt to contact me via phone or mail. I can surely make an assumption as to what may have motivated that but I’m sure anyone reading this can read in between the lines. I pay my bills on time every time. Your lack of communication and poor bedside manner is what has led to this. I will be sure to never recommend you in the future. You had no issues contacting me in the past. Money hungry and dishonest!

I cannot say enough good things about this office! Like many people I am apprehensive of doctors but the folks in this office were INCREDIBLE. Karen called me to get my concerns and schedule my consultation, she went out of her way to call around to see the soonest appointment I could get at one of the locations and was very attentive in communicating with me regarding what to expect and how to get to the office. Ms Tina took my photos and was incredibly thorough, and very sweet! She was very good at making me comfortable and telling me I was doing a good job with my x-rays, which always makes them easier! Ms Kay broke down my procedure (Bonded retainer) and let know what to expect as well as went over my x-rays. Anna put on my bonded retainer and made sure to explain everything she was doing as well as checked several times that it was comfortable. Everyone was extremely sweet which you don't always see in a doctors office. I CANNOT recommend this office enough.
