Not sure why it’s necessary to buy 2 twin packs of teeth whitener when they’re clearly packaged separately for sale. Maybe I’m missing something but on its appearance it looks like needless upselling for profit and not customer service oriented. One of my best mentors told me
“Never compromise a longterm relationship for a short term gain”

Also, needing to wait after an appointment for billing is a departure
from Stricker’s model. I’m sure it’s easier than mailing out billing but it’s at the cost of customer convenience.

Aside from the above issues, the staff is professional and courteous and the dental treatment is good.

Dr. Adam Stephens and his staff are absolutely AMAZING! He is a great dentist who pays attention to detail, makes sure that you are happy with his service, and treats you as an important patient and friend.

His staff is quite friendly and competent. Their customer service is quick and friendly. It's easy to pay a bill, make an appointment or ask questions regarding services offered.

I would recommend Golden Valley Dental to anyone who asked for who was a great dentist in the Butte County area.
