So I just drove an hour and 15 minutes to see this new doctor that I am restricted to by my insurance. I get there and it's true I'm nine minutes late. The woman at the front desk announces very loudly that I am 30 minutes late. I told her what? I started to pull up my voicemail message where they confirmed my appointment 11:00 AM. I said I'm so sorry I'm 9 minutes late I went into the next building and got totally lost I'm so very sorry can he please still see me? I drove an hour and 15 minutes away and I made a mistake and walked into the next building. They refused to see me. And I said does he have anything open still available today I will just hang around. She said no he doesn't have anything for several months. I said I have already waited several months for this appointment and I am diabetic!!!!! Now I'm taking accountability because I was in fact 9 minutes late. But I have never been to a doctors office that did not have any understanding like this. DO NOT go to this doctor. Dr. Bryan Steele you need to give your ladies at the front desk a little lesson in human understanding. She didn't even care to listen to the voicemail, so I just stopped looking for it because I asked her "so I can't be seen", and she said no! This is very upsetting to me I've waited almost 3 months for this appointment.

The service is horrible. Leeann Tardino is only about about the money. She has absolutely no care or compassion toward the medical field or her patients. I went for back pain a year ago after waiting 3 months for an appointment. She asked me to lay down and lift my legs. Then told me there was no problem because i can raise my legs. I have been there several times she is always in a hurry to get people in and out, and she rarely even listens to patients concerns. What a waste of a degree.

The PA is a joke! She is a liar and she is so unprofessional it is unreal! My husband had neck pain so he went to an internal medicine doctor and she got mad! I guess because she did not refer him there! He went in for a yearly checkup and she was very rude. I got frustrated and left the room. My husband stayed to get his checkup and she told him to leave and did not finish his checkup! Several months later he received a letter stateing that he could not see them nor any doctor within there group that has many doctors all over Alton! So my point is stay away from this office of doctors!

I've been seeing LeeAnn for years... She is thorough, courteous, competent, and helps me get my "scrips" filled promptly. I'm generally regarded to be a "difficult" patient.. I don't know why some people here are so hateful.

I think DR.Bryan Steele is the best doctor ive ever seen.He is very compassionate and very kind.He never rushes me in and out and answers any questions I may have about my health.I have no complaints whatsoever.I dont believe most of these negative reviews!All of the staff have always been very friendly
and helpful.He will pray for you if you allow him to.What doctor ever did that for you?No doctor is perfect
