I’m a new patient and I can’t say enough good things about Goodyear Family Dentistry! Karen at the front office is extremely professional and friendly and answered all of my questions! She made me feel welcome as soon as I entered through the door! I was then greeted by Karen the Dental Assistant who also was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable as she took my x-rays. I then met my hygienist Winchell who also was extremely professional and went above and beyond to answer my questions and she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! I then met Dr. Wheeler who also is extremely professional and took time to make me feel welcome and thoroughly explained my X-rays and future dental appointments! I knew right away, that I had made the right choice in making him my new dentist! Last but not least, I met Adrie, the treatment coordinator! She also is extremely professional and made me feel so welcome and comfortable scheduling my upcoming appointments. I highly recommend Goodyear Family Dentistry!

The staff are all friendly and helpful. I was there six months ago for a checkup as a new patient, and a week or so later for a cleaning. Went back today and the front desk staff greeted me by name. My dental tech was Ashley, and she's excellent. She explains what she's about to do, and it was a pain-free experience. The dentist was personable and seems to care about each patient. I'm glad I found Goodyear Family Dentistry, and plan to stay with them for the long term.

My First time here was wonderful! I loved the friendly atmosphere and staff! Ricardo took excellent care of me while cleaning my teeth and politely informing me that my teeth were fooked up and i need some further care ? The lovely receptionist Karen gave me a plan moving forward on my oral care journey, and I’m looking forward to returning so I can get back to having healthy and fully functional teeth! ?

Hygienist and dentist were pretty good, as good as any other. Office seems to be driven by $$$$ Had enough dental work done in my life to know that charging an extra $200 for a procedure that is not necessary nor covered by insurance again because it’s not necessary on top of the cost of a crown was one hint. Pushing me to get a periodontal maintenance cleaning before it was approved by my insurance was another. When the office automatically puts a new crown on the treatment plan after having root canal therapy done, even though their dentist said my crown was good and the referred root canal specialist did as well is another. How about them choosing a new system to take debit/credit card payments and then making the customer pay the 3.5% fee? Oh, and I love the 48 hour cancellation warning charging $50 per hour. That’s a new one too.

I absolutely love this dentistry! All of the staff are so nice and helpful, they really make you feel comfortable when getting any type of work done. Dr. Vega is amazing! Edith and Ashley the hygenist are also amazing. I would highly recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist to go to!

I previously had a horrible experience at a different dental office, which caused me to avoid going to the dentist for an entire year. I came to Goodyear Family Dentistry scared and hopeless, thinking I couldn’t be helped. Goodyear Family Dentistry has been nothing but kind and attentive. They provided the patient care and reassurance I had been desperately seeking. They repaired fillings that had been causing me pain for over a year. They were gentle and patient. Thank you, Dr. Vega, for everything you do! And a big shout-out to all the assistants there as well!

Not only was the appointment process seem less, but the service and care extended was unmatched across all my history of dental practice experiences. They not only got to the root of my issues, but explained how they were impacting me. It was my first visit to Goodyear Family Dentistry. And my overall experience was awesome! From the atmosphere to the most friendliest staff I've ever seen in a while, In my case I came in for X-rays and a cleaning. If you have any issues or concerns they will address them with transparency and in a caring way. I think I've just found my go to Dentistry for life. ?
