To keep this brief. I went in for a cleaning and X-rays. X-rays were done. The female dentist said I needed a deep cleaning. Thank you but no thank you. I was lied to. Twice. The hygienist proceeded to tell me my insurance would only cover one of the cleaning and not both. I told her I have no interest in the deep cleaning at this time. I have other financial obligations at the moment. She left and brought the receptionist in. Who proceeded to push the iPad in my face telling me "it's not that expensive" I said again. I'm not interested. Only in the cleaning. Then the hygienist said "well your insurance won't cover the cleaning since you need a deep cleaning" they did not do the cleaning. I ended up leaving. And called my insurance. Who confirmed neither is the case. The deep cleaning is up to me. And my basic cleaning would have been covered. Really unfortunate. I had higher hopes for this place.

I am very picky about my dentist and have relocated several times. This dental team was a dream, so professional, friendly, clean and family oriented. I did not feel that I was just another set of teeth being pressured to spend a lot of money. I loved it there. I got a crown and cleaning but then moved again. This is home if you need one. Thank you!

This dental office is very clean, and the staff members are cheerful. They follow new COVID-19 Dental Practice Safety Guidance above and beyond in utilizing every means to prevent transmission in the office in keeping their patients and staff members safe.

During my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Shiao has a very gentle touch and demonstrates efficient skill in replacing two of my fillings. My dental exam and teeth cleaning were quick and thorough. I highly recommend using Dr. Shiao for dental care.
