The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The Technician was informative and honest about my diagnosis. The doctor was honest and informative as well. She referred me to a paradoxical who can possibly preserve the health of my gums. I went in to get a cleaning and received the best treatment a patient could receive at no cost. I had a crown done on my front tooth here, and it looks amazing! It blends in so naturally that you can’t even tell it’s a crown. I was very nervous at first, since I had a bad experience elsewhere before, but the team here did an outstanding job and put me at ease throughout the process. I came in with a problem and wasn’t sure what to expect but the team made me feel at ease right away. I explained what was going on and instead of trying to push a full replacement they worked with me and were able to fix part of my crown without starting over. That meant a lot. They were honest, professional, and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk to the dental staff was kind, respectful, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The office was clean and well organized and they stayed on schedule. I am already planning to come back for more dental work because I trust them now. Dr Littlefield was very attentive when examining me.We were able to discuss my situation and I was given options. I felt very comfortable in getting my teeth cleaned, x-rayed and evaluated. I didn’t have to wait before the appointment.

This is a great dental office to attend. I went there for a dental emergency and followed up with my next scheduled cleaning..
Dr. Roti is great, and very personable. Her dental Hygienist, Kerrie truly takes pride in cleaning your teeth throughly, but her side comments can be taken a little out of context.
The staff at the front desk were professional.

Had my appointment for two weeks, got a call 2 hours before appointment say the dr I needed to see was out of state, but before that I was asked about my insurance, when I told them what I had then I was asked to reschedule. I guess insurance is more important than the patient, very disappointed, but I'm sure another dentist somewhere will take a few thousand dollars for implants.

So far so good and love the treatment received. Found this dental clinic by accident and accommodated my request THE very first day of my visit. Dr. Amanda Littlefield provided excellent service that I couldn't have asked for.

It’s difficult to keep an appointment and not have a problem with the front office and our building. It’s unfortunate because the hygienist are really great providers, the doctor is hit and miss. This is a place that will not return after several attempts and failed communication. This is a place I cannot recommend.
