I hate going to dentist appointments because I’ve had the worst experiences with them. The staff at Greenville Family Dentistry truly made my whole experience amazing. They’re so kind and inviting. They explain what they are doing to you before doing it. They give you a chance to breathe and prepare your mind for what they are going to do. They are constantly checking in on you and making sure you’re okay. I will never go to another dentist again.

Took my child here today and my child was very scared to go to the dentist. Drove 1hr just to see this dentist and it was WORTH IT! The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. We are very grateful for Dr. Matthew McCullough he helped my child feel safe and secure by explaining everything to her as he was doing as well as the staff. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone needing dental services. It was very clean in the office and they even offered water, hot chocolate, and coffee. They did have accessible parking as well.

If there is anything that has caused me trauma throughout my life, it has been pretty much EVERY encounter with a dentist I've ever had. That's not exaggeration - from having braces and being told for over 2 years, every month I had an appt, & was told "ok - next month we will get these off". 6, almost 7 years in braces. I got them on the first week of 6th grade, & I drive to my last appt. He took them.off when I told him my family is wondering how much longer & never gave me a retainer or removed the cement (or anything else - just removed the metal & said he was done. Fast forward to my wisdom teeth - no Topical novocaine. Just the feeling of needles being shoved in the roof of my mouth when I thought he was "just looking", then he was angry it took 20 minutes to proceed due to me shaking so bad. But - then I saw Dr. Singh. Immediately, made me comfortable, took the time to listen to my concerns & made sure any & every question I had was answered. Was very patient & kind. I've never had any cavity/filling & I'm almost 50. Now? I need a root canal & crown? - but, as worried as I would normally be, I'm not that bad!! Let me not forget the staff there & how amazing & kind they all were!! I am so happy (& lucky) to have found this practice! If you are like me - then choose this place. You will be happy you did.

Elyssa, Dawn, Dr. Singh and Dr. McCullough were absolutely fantastic. They worked me in last minute to fix a pretty severe break of my front tooth. Not only did they all have a gentle touch, they made me feel comfortable and at ease as someone with major dental anxiety. I especially want to call out Elyssa's incredible bedside manner and attention to patient care. I have a pretty bad mouth, and not once did anyone here make me feel uncomfortable about it. They are kind, reasonable, and affordable here.

I always get quality and friendly care at Greenville Family Dentistry. Today was my first visit with Dr Singh. He was just as wonderful as everyone else on the staff. I highly recommend Greenville Family Dentistry for all of your dental needs.

Everyone there is always kind, friendly, empathetic & engaging. I have been going there for over 15 years & have never had a bad experience. I've had general cleanings every six months, two cavities filled, one surface cavity, & one crown done and all were handled very kindly & professionally.

Dr. McCullough was gentle, kind and caring. His assistant, Casey, is super helpful and explains ever detail to you. The whole office is very thorough and professional.
