I have been through HELL and back with a dentist that thought he was an orthodontist. 3 years of my teeth not getting the care they needed and treated horribly. I finally stepped foot into Grinz today and had my consultation with Chelsea ?.
I didn’t want to be the patient with 3 years of ortho baggage and I was beyond mortified to explain my situation. She truly cared for me and took care of my every question (there were a lot!). The doctor came in too after she updated him to take a look and tell me what they think. They didn’t charge me for X-rays which was - wow. ? They provided me with a very clear price and payment plan with 0% interest too. I was nervous about paying upfront since my last dentist took everything upfront and never finished my work. ?They totally understood and took care of me. ? I went ahead with the treatment and they got me in-Same day start!!! I got the VIP service and I cannot express my gratitude enough for how meticulous they were. They were clean, thorough, and so kind. Also FUNNY ? I’m so happy I came here and in 6 years my daughter will be coming here too. Fantastic job guys and if you need anything digital design work you have a credit at my business

I love all the techs in the back. However once I was paid off and paid for invitation. They prematurely ordered some night guards which he didn't need. The front counter tells me he can't be seen unless you pay for them. We never even recieved them. They were rude didn't listen and were just plain rude. Then I ask for corporates number and was told there was no corporate number. Little do they know I found it and will be making a call. Hate dealing with front office in Grinz. I will never refer anyone to them. Money hungry

Grinz Orthodontics is great! Dr Ziehmer is very nice and efficient and his staff is wonderful. They are friendly and genuinely care about the patients. We are always amazed that we never have to wait long at all, considering the volume of patients they see. We have 2 kids in braces. They even sent a staff member to the Eastside location one time to repair a broken bracket when all the other staff was at their northwest location. I would highly recommend them.

We are so happy with our services at Grinz! We decided we wanted to have our teenager examined and assessed for braces in September 2021. I called to set an appointment and was immediately scheduled for just a few days after. Once we made it to the appointment and had him evaluated we were offered same day installation for his upper set and the bottom set was place 6 weeks later. I’m so impressed with the quick turn around for treatment. The staff is always so delightful to work with and very informative. I will recommend Grinz to anyone and everyone I can.

We have 3 children + mom that have seen Dr. Ziehmer and Dr. Salim at both of the Grinz Tucson offices. Our oldest has completed her treatment and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience and the absolutely gorgeous outcome. Our son is currently approaching the end of his treatment, and mom has just braces on the top with a little more time to go. Our youngest needs to lose a few more teeth before she gets her braces but we will definitely continue with Grinz when that time comes. Their staff is wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. Dr. Ziehmer is a perfectionist, and it shows with the beautiful results he gets. Thank you!

Came here as an adult to get braces. The process was precise, and Dr Ziehmer made sure to take the time to ensure my teeth and bite were aligned. The staff here are always friendly and polite, and I've never had an unpleasant visit here. I strongly recommend coming here if you need orthodontic work.

We contracted with Dr. Blaze. Dr. Blaze had been in business and had a super reputation. When we would see him, he would be on time for our appointments.

Dr. Blaze sold the business to Grinz. All I can say is, don't go here.

When we have an appointment, we arrive on time. The hygienist normally doesn't take my child back until 20-45 minutes PAST the appointment time. When the hygienist is done, if you have to see the doctor, that's another 20-40 minute wait. There is no order to the way the doctor takes the next patient. What this means is your child could be waiting for 20 minutes, but the doctor will jump to the next chair - meanwhile, that child has only been waiting 5 minutes. It's absolutely a nightmare.

I see the Dr. changing gloves between each chair. Chair after chair. I never see him wash his hands or sanitize them. I guess this is ok, but it seems super gross.

What's funny is if you have an appointment at the end of the day, when the doctor is in a rush to leave, you can get in and out.

Additionally, the East side office is always closed. Sometimes they are only open once a week, so you constantly need to go to the North side.

Save yourself the hassle and time. Go somewhere else.
