I can’t express how grateful I am for this place. Amazing staff members! Everyone was so friendly and kind. I felt so welcomed. Big shout out to Yami, Jen, and Dr Ding. They got all the picture and X-rays and gave great suggestions and where to moved forward with. I still have my wisdom teeth and been trying to find a place that will extracts them. They also really helped me out payments plan especially having no insurance. Thank you so much for giving me hope that I can still get them out and knowing that I can still fix my teeth.

I should have read all the reviews before coming here!! I just wanted to get a basic cleaning done! I took an x-ray then other assistant just poked around my teeth and said that my gum bleeds a lot. She said i need a deep cleaning and something (i don't remember) that cost me a lot! Then another person talked to me how much it all cost out of pocket! $1,113! Wasted my time 1 1/2 hours time!. I should have not paid for $45 co-pay! I extremely disappointed with the experience! Not coming back here ever again!

Amazing dental office! The entire staff from the front desk to X-rays to the dental exams and cleanings were really nice. Shoutout to Amber for my cleaning, it’s definitely been way too long and my teeth feel like new! The pediatric dentist was awesome and love how they have TVs on the ceilings to keep the kids entertained (or distracted). My son didn’t know what to expect and was having issues but they explained everything clearly so he knew what was going on with his teeth. Definitely recommend if you need any dental work done!

Wonderful Dental office, besides the receptionist, Stephanie. I’ve had a few phone interactions with her now that were awkward and unprofessional. She has terrible customer service skills and she gets sarcastic with the customer. Such a bummer to be met with such an immature attitude when I’m calling your office back from a voicemail you left me of a mistake you guys made with the scheduling the day before my kid’s appointments. I don’t mind mistakes. It happens. No one is perfect. But train Stephanie again on phone etiquette getting rid of all attitude. It’s very unprofessional and she wasted my time as I’m trying to care for my children’s dental health.

I eventually asked to speak with someone else in the office and another lady there immediately helped me figure out the answer to my questions without annoyance in her voice or any issues whatsoever. It was very easy for her.

I had to have a tooth pulled and Hamner Dental took good care of me. They were always attentive and made sure I had no pain. They also called to check on me after the procedure. The staff is very nice here. I was informed about all of my options and they suggested the best treatment for what I wanted.They have a screen that plays videos and music. I found it helpful and calming.

If I could give this place a zero I would. To start, I have seen Hamner Dental on a several occasions. The same circumstances happened in each occasion which is why this last visit was the straw that broke the camels back.

Hamner Dental is a complete scam recommending treatments such as "lasers" and deep cleanings under the guise that my insurance will not pay unless its done. BS!

The check in process was fine and the assistant taking my x-ray images did a great job. Like expected (considering I floss 2x per day and brush using a sonic toothbrush 2x per day) the dentist said I have zero cavities and my teeth look great! She told me keep up the good work! Awesome! Until, as she was leaving, she looks at her chart and says, "Oh I dont see you scheduled with the hygenist, let me check if its time". Ok fine.

A few minutes later a girl (who is apparently the hygenist) comes to the door, doesn't identify herself, and says come to the next room where I will do your cleaning. Thinking im getting my cleaning, she proceeds to poke around my teeth for no more than 30 seconds, and claim, in a very somber voice, I have sever bacteria and bone loss below my gum line and I REQUIRE the use of a specialized laser to clean it all up. I said wait a minute, the dentist who reviewed the X-rays said my teeth look great? what changed? Now you're telling me I need to pay for this treatment because you poked at my gums? She says oh your insurance will cover a portion of it and you only have to pay the deductible. True but thats still hundreds of dollars. She said well we could skip the laser but you still need a "deep cleaning" which also costs hundreds of dollars despite insurance.

I politely declined and said I would like the cleaning that comes with my insurance coverage. She said that wouldn't be possible because now that she has diagnosed my "condition" insurance won't cover the cleaning unless I proceed with the recommended treatment. So I asked, ok you're telling me that unless I pay the additional treatment costs you wont clean my teeth...."Correct" she says.

This happened in my previous visits and reluctanctly I paid for the deep cleaning which cost around $200. So either they are terrible at their jobs and their deep cleanings are bogus, or they are scamming people to make more money by recommending bogus treatments, or I have terrbile teeth which, judging by the x-rays, never had a cavity, and past cleanings, I don't. You decide.

Very unethical business practices. My daughter went in and asked for a routine cleaning that is covered by our insurance. They had her sign the authorization and then told her they were giving her an upgraded cleaning that was $205.00. They did this to me a couple of years ago , not divulging the upcharge until after the procedure and telling me I owed $186.00 above what my insurance covered. We will be looking for a new dentist.

The staff here (I have interacted with Amber, Danny, and Jessica a few times) is amazing and super sweet they make you feel at ease. Also Dr. Dhaka Deepika is friendly and super quick! As much I don’t like coming to the dentist they all make it welcoming and less frightening
