Dr. Parks was awesome. I felt heard and cared about through the whole process. When we discussed my concerns about what was going on with my vision lately, she was very informative. Usually, when you go to the doctor eye doctor, you dread going because you know it’s something you don’t like to do because it takes up part of your day and sometimes is an inconvenience. However, going to Dr. Walling‘s office is not that way at all. The whole staff is very pleasant. You can tell that they do care about you and are glad to see you. Dr. Walling is extremely thorough and completely transparent and explaining what is going on with your procedure And your examination. She takes her time with you and doesn’t rush you in and out, which makes The visit comfortable as well. I have and will continue to recommend this office to anyone that needs attention from an eye associate.. Keep up the good work.
