Most people dread the dentist. Not so in this case! Hancock Park Dental is the most accommodating and efficient dental office. Dr. Barzivand is experienced, professional and highly trained. The office staff are cheerful and a pleasure to engage with. Everyone is warm and you almost don’t want to leave! It was my first time attending Hancock Park Dental the other and every staff member was incredibly sweet and helpful! I had several questions after my appointment and several staff members helped answer every question I had. Going to the dentist usually makes me feel a bit nervous so the staffs’ kindness made the process easier. Wow... Search no further for a dentist! Dr Barzivand is your answer...
You will not only get a great experience from the dentist, but the entire staff!
Many people have had a fear of visiting their dentist and for good reason! But believe me, you will be put at ease with the professionalism and care at this office.
You will first be greeted by the receptionist Viviana. Viviana is a concerned and caring person that will greet you with a smile and vibrant energy. She is not only friendly but knowledgable! Every issue from your teeth to your billing questions, she is "at the ready" to answer your questions.
Pain? What pain? If you schedule a deep cleaning or a regular cleaning, you will never experience any kind of pain. Instead, you will have the experience of clean and healthy teeth and gums! Sheila the hygienist, is a meticulous, thorough and gentle woman. I enjoy the experience so much, with Sheila, I go back every three months!
Jessica, who is Dr Barzivand's assistant, is a joy. She makes you feel at ease...She has a calming and reassuring voice with a gentle manner.
And now onto Dr. Barzivand... Wow...
Now here is a highly trained man who is razor sharp. He listens to your needs and concerns... His exam is meticulous and precise. He explains each necessary step for your procedure. He is gentle, kind, compassionate and relaxed. I have had quite a bit of complicated work done with Dr. Barzivand and the results have been absolutely flawless!
And now on the subject of the entire Covid experience... Let me tell you, this office is so clean you will feel safer than most doctors offices! Everything from the proper County guidelines and procedures for the Covid virus are adhered to...
Temperature reading, mask wearing by the patients, the staff is equipped with their gloves, masks, shields, gowns etc are all in place...
But the staff goes even beyond those measures. There are air purifiers in each room and they do not have a roomful of patients in the waiting room. In fact, I have only seen one other patient in the office besides myself. And I have been in that office a good 5 or 6 times since the pandemic hit.
Are you saying to yourself, "Huh, how do I know that I can trust this team if their faces are covered up and I can't see their facial expressions?"
Ah, but you can... Those eyes... Look directly into their eyes and you will see trust...
