Front desk is rude as hell. They want you to do their job contacting and following up with them receiving documents from insurance that is their job to do. Parents aren’t allowed to go back with the children. My daughters have voiced to me that the orthodontist makes them feel uncomfortable. They don’t change their gloves in between having their fingers in patients mouth. They get upset when parents ask questions. I’m definitely calling the health department on them. Let that be known! They are overall rude. They even tried to hold be captive because they didn’t call them insurance company to get what was needed after the fact of me contacting the insurance company to make sure they have what was needed. In the end the orthodontist failed to send over their tax id so they could receive payment. The secretary is getting too old to work there because it seems as tho she is suffering from early onset dementia. They got extremely upset when trying to transfer my children’s care. I really hate this place and they should be shut down immediately!!

Excellent! My brother, and I have been with Dr. Hambrick’s orthodontic office and his wife for a few years now. I’m very disorganized so I missed appointments often, but they were nothing but flexible with me every time. I shared my insecurities about my smile, and had a safe place to ask any questions about the course of treatment they felt was best for myself, and my brother has individuals. They’ve taught us many good habits about saving water, taking care of our teeth, and how to ask questions respectfully while still getting the answers we’re looking for. This orthodontist is a family, and if they’re here when it’s time for me to have kids I’ll bring them here first! I’m leaving with a confident beautiful smile, and I couldn’t be happier!

I take 2 of my children to Dr. Hambrick. We have been going for 2.5 years (we've missed a couple appointments). The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Hambrick ensures a stress-free experience. His assistant is awesome and they make a great team. Today, I took my nephew to start treatment. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care. Nataya M.

Don't go here even as a last resort. I have issues with my jaw and I can't open very wide, but everyone would constantly try to force my jaw open and wouldn't let me take breaks. I didn't need Tylenol for the soreness from braces, I needed it because my jaw would be in so much pain after every appointment. And due to these jaw issues I had 1 bracket pop off within hours of my appointment because my teeth knocked it everytime I open and closed my mouth, and then I got shamed for always having a broken bit when it isn't my fault.

The chairs are all in one room and there's no privacy. Anyone can walk in and see you getting worked on, and they're constantly moving from patient to patient and will just leave in the middle of working on you.

Not COVID safe at all. A bunch of people in one room with their mouths open and constantly having to walk past each other to brush. I avoided a lot of appointments at the expense of my braces because I don't want to give something to my loved ones.

Terrible! Since my daughter has been their he teeth are starting to seperate. They make my daughter use one cup of water for everything.. To brush,and rinse her mouth. She can never choose her color bands for her braces. They use the same wire on her braces. This place is horrible!!!!! I don't see how he's an orthodontist.

Extremely rude staff answering the phones. I called to discuss a very expensive service for my child and the lady that answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. She lost a customer before we could even schedule an initial appointment. Acted as if she knew everything and that my daughters current dentist didn't know what he was talking about in advising us to get braces.

HORRIBLE!! I wouldn't give them a star if I didn't have to the front desk ladies are rude not helpful at all! did have any answers to my questions the dental asst, rush didn't try to ask any questions every time I ask him a questions he was very short like he didn't wanna really be at work he pull my son tooth I asked him a few question about caring for my son tooth after it was pull he never gave me a full answer like i was getting on his nerves I wouldn't tell anybody about this place.

My son has been with Dr. Hambrick for almost 2 years now and we’ve had nothing short of a great experience. He and his staff are professional and friendly. I just had a consultation for my daughter because as long as he’s around, that’s where we’ll be.
