She is wonderful! I was fortunate to have met Monica a little over 1 year ago at a local event where she was doing free chair massages. I could instantly tell she was skilled at massage as well as with people. Her positive personality and generous heart showed. I began receiving treatments (I say treatments rather than massage because she delivers far beyond the typical massage and she encompasses various avenues of healing and wellness within your time slot) and began feeling relief after the first session. I felt less pain and my physical functioning improved significantly. I continue to see Monica for treatments and highly recommend her! I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to share my experiences with Monica so far. I found Monica by chance. Throughout life I believe there are just some people you were meant to meet and for me, Monica was one of those people.
My husband/kids gave me a gift certificate for Mother's Day and I finally scheduled an appointment a year later before it expired. During that first experience I was a working mother who rarely had time for myself, so pampering was not something I did in quite some time. Through that near two hour experience I was reminded how important it is not necessarily to pamper yourself, but to take care of yourself and that would become a personal journey.
All my life I've had migraines and at the time I was having debilitating migraines daily. Monica used many techniques including oxygen therapy, essential oils and cupping. I preceded to be migraine free for two weeks, just like Monica predicted, which was nothing short of amazing. Since then I see Monica regularly and she's helped me with a range of issues I might have such as asthma, allergies, joint pain (from running), gastro, stress and unlikely things like helping to break up scar tissue.
When I tell people about Monica I initially say "Monica, my massage therapist..." but then I correct myself and say "Well, she's more like my own personal wellness coach". Aside from the wide array of massage therapist skills she always provides wellness tips to do at home that help expedite healing and correct issues. Her wealth of worldly healing knowledge that mixes old eastern cures with western technology constantly amazes me. Its modern-day science reunites with proven historical, holistic remedies and marries up with common sense. I take all her advice and she's never led me astray...hence my massage therapist, but really my personal wellness coach!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Monica, other than once you have your first appointment you will completely understand what I mean!

I met Monica for my very 1st massage on March 14, 2019. My first massage was for 1 hr. I now go for 1 1/2 hrs. I didn't know what to expect and wasn't even sure massage was my thing since I am very self conscious and am not a touchy feely type of person. Needless to say I was hooked after my first session and now go regularly. I have learned so many new things about my own body and toxins within. I was astonished at Monica's knowledge of to to read the human body. I never knew some of my body parts where tight and tense. Monica would focus on these areas to loosen them up with heat, massage, essential oils, cupping and an array of other healing techniques.
So on that note I could go on and on about my wonderful experiences with Monica and her expertise but really if you don't go you're missing out on the experience. Monica has excellent people skills and great bed side manners. She's wonderful.

She has therapeutic massage, reflexology, light therapy, the bemer pad technology, cupping, and many other therapies. She listens to my body and uses only the purest 100% pure essential oils! I highly recommend visiting Monica for a 75 minute treatment or longer!

I truly can't say enough positive things about Monica! Besides being a lovely and caring person, she is the most knowledgeable and experienced masseuse I have had the pleasure of working on me. Before I met her, I was getting therapeutic massages for some time, but some things just weren't getting better. I've suffered for years with pain from fibromyalgia, lyme disease, auto accidents, and work injuries. I had constant pain and weakness in my leg with every step.
