We came all the way from Salinas, and it was absolutely worth the drive! The care and attention from the staff at Healthy Smiles were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, which is so important. We truly appreciated the effort they put into making us feel cared for.

Front staff was nice & helped fast ! Could use a really good deep clean on furniture and walls but other than that i recommend this place to everyone I know w little kiddos! Never had a bad experience thus far w any of the staff! ☺️

I came in the moment they opened their door hoping they could do something with my daughter's filling/crown the dentist installed few days prior.
The front clerk instructed us to come back at 2:30PM since I requested her tooth be extracted coz the previous procedure obviously did NOT work. SHE ONLY LOOKED AT IT FOR FEW SECONDS AND TO FIND OUT THAT MY DAUGHTER HAD TO WAIT 16 DAYS TO GET IT EXTRACTED. What kind of dentist is that it is very obvious that the baby tooth is in nooooo way to be saved!!! The Indian dentist is more concerned about BEAUTY (kept telling us to see an Orthodontist first) rather than helping a patient who was in pain from decaying baby tooth and swollen gums!!!!😔 😟 🙁 NEVER AGAIN!!!! Just few days after we walked out their door, her crown fell off!!!!! 😠

They have been very good with all my kids and I notice how well the staff treats each other including the dentist with their dental assistance. I see the staff use their education ethically respectfully every time I've been there with all 4 of my kids. I've been going there since the office opened. Thank you!!!!!

Great Service! My kid (teenager)felt no pain after they gave her numbing medicine she didn’t totally hate the appointment so good job thank you for taking care of my baby girls teeth! I will be taking my other kids here as well

My experience at this dental office was mixed. While the dentist and front desk staff were professional, THE PROVIDER DID GIVE CLEAR COMMUNICATION! I had a concerning interaction with a dental assistant. When I tried to clarify a question about my child's pain medication, the assistant repeatedly misunderstood me and became visibly frustrated. Despite my attempts to rephrase my question, I was met with rude behavior and dismissive responses.

I provided constructive feedback to the office about this communication breakdown, hoping to improve their service. However, instead of addressing my concerns, the office cancelled my child's upcoming appointment, citing my "encounter with the dental assistant" as the reason. So know that if the dental assistant isn’t having clear communication with you and you ask for the Dr or another assistant to assist you, you may be met with retaliation with cancelations of appointments or what not.

I'm disappointed that my attempt to provide honest feedback resulted in the termination of my child's care. I believe patients should be able to communicate their experiences and ask questions without fear of retaliation or dismissal.

Potential patients should be aware of how this office handles patient questions and criticism. I would caution others to consider this when choosing a dental care provider.

Very great place very nice friendly staff my kids are so happy. Once we left my kids asked when they can come back. We came from a dentist on Alvin Dr in Salinas ca they hated it it was a nightmare. I'm so happy my kids enjoyed the dentist today.
