I’ve been a patient at Heather Adams Dentistry for several years, and I can confidently say it’s the best dental office I’ve ever visited. At 67, I’ve been to my fair share of dentists, but Dr. Adams truly stands out. She has done several crowns for me, and every single time, she gets it right on the first try. You can tell Dr. Adams is 100% invested in her practice, her staff, and, most importantly, her patients. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you walk through the door.

Katelyn, one of the dental hygienists, is phenomenal. She always puts her patients first, and her positive attitude is contagious. Her expertise shines through in her work, and she’s great at making even the most nervous patients feel at ease. I can’t recommend Heather Adams Dentistry enough. If you’re looking for top-notch care from a team that genuinely cares, this is the place to go!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. 3 weeks prior to my appointment that was scheduled 5 months in advance, I was contacted and asked if I could arrive within the next hour as Dr. Adams planned on being out of town on my original appointment date. I declined as I was out of town, but offered that I could make any day the following week work. I was told that I would be called if an opening became available.
Upon returning to town, I called and asked if I needed to reschedule due to Dr Adams' scheduling conflict. I was told no, that I needed to keep the original appointment.
Upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that I didn't have an appointment, and they were too busy to fit me in, but the could reschedule me for the following week.
I left a client's facility early today to make my appointment. No apology, no attempt to make amends, no care was proffered as to what happened.
Overall, a poor business practice on their part, and even poorer by the lack of attempt to correct the issue. It's clear, they only care about their money, not their patients.

Heather Adams Dentistry is an absolute anomaly in the world of dentistry, and as a marketer and realtor in northwest Arkansas: I think they stand out as one of the very best examples in our region for customer service and going above and beyond.

Every small business could benefit from their model of warmth, attention to detail and truly understanding the needs of their customers. Most dental and medical practices are very transactional, but Heather and the HAD team are relationship-driven in addition to their focus on stellar care and service.

They know patients by name, provide the pinnacle of service and have spent an excessive amount of time, energy and attention thinking about how to make an often uncomfortable and intimidating service feel less dreaded. From Pearl the therapy dog to heated, cozy blankets to massaging chairs and headsets providing relaxing audio effects and a temple massage, every single thing that can possibly make the experience better has been considered. And beyond these touches, the staff is simply amazing - warm, caring, thoughtful and absolute professionals.

I can't recommend HAD enough and tell every newcomer I meet in the area that this is the best dental experience they'll ever have.

My wife went in for teeth cleaning. They did full panoramic view of the teeth and a consultation. Insurance covered $36, leaving us a bill of $236.00. On top of the charge, never got her teeth cleaned. This was a scam and totally uncalled for. BUYER BEWARE.
