Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I did not have to wait a month to get the work done after my consultation. The pricing was affordable with my insurance. Overall, my experience was great. Everyone I interacted with in person was amazing. The only hiccup was when I called to check on a potential cancellation. They had mentioned they might reach out if one became available, but it felt like my call annoyed them. Apart from that, everything was awesome!

I love how friendly and thorough he doctor was in explaining the procedure from beginning to end. Took his time to explain. His surgical assistant Michele was very sweet and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was amazing. Everyone in the office was friendly.

Wouldn’t allow me to be in the room with my minor daughter while getting her wisdom tooth removed- so she was alone. They tried to get us to pay for the procedure up front without billing our insurance first and I said no. They got a pre-determination as a courtesy and I said I would still likes them billed first before we are billed and the doctor said “the insurance company doesn’t make the policies here, I do”. They received the pre-determination in mid-November and it just sat there until I called in mid-December because they hadn’t called me and said they would when billing “uploaded it” (we saw them back in October). They never did and I had to call to make the appointment. My daughter needed this done. So if you need something done here, better hope you actually have the money upfront because they only accept the payment beforehand and no way to work their patients except with care credit. They are for profit, not for people apparently. You’re SOL if you’re poor and need something done that no regular dentist can do. Staff was amazing though. Super nice and understanding.

Heritage Oral Surgery center was amazing!! All the front office staff were prompt and friendly. Scheduling was easy. The dental assistants went above and beyond to provide us great service even making sure we had everything we needed to prepare for surgery. Dr. Ramsey was wonderful, did great work on my sons wisdom tooth removal and Ana treated my son like her own during recovery. My son had a trauma less experience with his surgery and recovery. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery. Thank you to Dr. Ramsey and his team for treating my son so well.

I am on day 4 post surgery to remove four impacted teeth and if I had known that I would have almost zero pain and zero swelling, I wouldn’t have put it off for almost 10 years!! My surgery was originally scheduled for the canoga park office but after the surgeon there called in sick, the palmdale office was able to get me an appointment the same day, which I really appreciated. It was worth the drive because their staff was the best, especially Kaylee the surgical assistant who took great care of me and made me feel a lot less nervous. I know everyone’s recovery is different but I had 4 impacted teeth pulled as a teenager at a different place and my recovery was awful (throwing up, horrible pain, horrible swelling), but this time around at Heritage I can honestly say from the time I sat down in the chair til now I haven’t felt any tooth pain, so I think it’s safe to say that their expertise made the difference!! I don’t know how they managed to yank 4 teeth out of my jaw without causing me any pain but I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their wisdom teeth out.

Heritage Staff at the Palmdale location is Outstanding!! They worked with my Insurance and finances within my budget. Doctor Ramsey is the " Master Chef" or should I say " Master Chief" of Surgery. Mine was a complicated extraction, with No Pain,great sense of humor and professionalism he got that sucker out!! Thanks Everyone!!
