I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Hidden Valley Orthodontics! They came highly recommended, and I can absolutely see why. I opted for Invisalign, and as someone who's often in the public eye, it was the perfect solution for me. My 10-month journey is coming to an end, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The staff at Hidden Valley Orthodontics is truly exceptional. From day one, they made me feel welcome, and their professionalism and care have been consistent throughout my treatment. Every single aspect of working with them from making the appointment, meeting the team (genuinely more like a family inviting you into their beautiful home), and discussing the plan was flawless. Dr Fortney is amazing, all the staff go above and beyond. Both my kids got treatment there. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I live far (Hemet) but didn’t mind the drive, Best experience ever at their Office.

Working with Dr. Fortney and her team has really been incredibly wonderful experience. I’m not a young woman any longer so I was really pleased to see that they were treating me just as though I was a teenager. I really enjoyed working with them. They replaced my trays when they were broken. It was really a great experience

My son has been a patient at the Escondido location for a year, now, and I find the practice to be a place my kids look forward to going to, even when the process of having braces can be uncomfortable and painful at times. They are very professional, as well as friendly and positive, and they run a tight ship. Dr Christy Fortney is knowledgeable, and firm, but not pushy. When compared to friends whose children are getting braces in other parts of the county, the pricing here is reasonable. I don’t think they are the cheapest place in Escondido for braces, but I think it’s good value-for-money, and I would recommend them.

Love this place. Super personable, easy to talk to. I remember walking in the doors a few years ago to start my daughter’s braces and not having a clue. The lovely staff took great care of us and helped me get everything that i needed taken care of. Every time we come in it’s a great experience and the staff is so welcoming. I will always recommend hidden valley ortho. They always make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in the door.

We love Dr Fortney and her staff! When my son had some complications from his braces they reacted immediately by text and saw him within a few hours. I highly recommend HVO!
