I’ve never dealt with a dentist I didn’t like. But this office and dr Anderson, sadly I’m so disgusted by how I was treated and continue to be treated. They really couldn’t care less about helping me get a tooth taken care of. They just want to refer you out. So I guess if you need anything besides X-rays and cleaning, or a referral don’t waste the Time or money.
Dr Anderson barely spoke to me, just talked at me. Did not listen to me, sent me home with more antibiotics and said if your still in pain and not doing better call back Monday, called back and they refuse to extract my broken tooth and want me to see an oral surgeon to get a root canal!! My tooth is killing me, I have pus in my mouth and cheek & I have a dentist who doesn’t care to help. The referral the sent to a surgeon they can’t see me for 3 weeks. Because it suck a smart idea to leave someone to sit with infection in their mouth and face.

High Desert has been a great new dental provider for myself and my family. Candice has been great to work with for my deep cleanings. Tammy and Faith in the front office are equally as great, they worked with me to reschedule an appointment when I wasn't able to make it. As if were no issue at all. Highly recommended staff!!!

Apparently if you ask questions of the staff you are talking down to them and they will not treat you. I waited 17 days for a procedure to fix my denture. When I arrived for my apt. I was told they couldn't find the right o rings for my plate. 17 days prior I informed them that I had obtained the o rings myself. Then they told me my insurance won't cover the work. They are usually too busy to answer the phone, and a return call takes several days. Mostly concerned with office protocol not patient well being.

What a wonderful team! The staff is very friendly and they really know how to take care of their patients. From the time you walk through the door the staff is outstanding. The Hygienist is kind and friendly and does a fantastic job. Dr. Anderson is caring and friendly as well. They help you feel both comfortable and confident that you are was in good hands. Highly recommended!

Place is the best! Staff is very friendly! Especially Dee and Jessica. Tammy is very helpful with payment options. Carla is always so smiley at the front counter. Alyssa always makes my next appointment work out with my schedule. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a dentist!

If I could give zero stars I would, I honestly question how this dentist is still in business. At first, it was about a 2 month battle of getting them to even put in a pre authorization for a tooth extraction to my insurance, I was repeatedly told it was put it in but it never was until last minute. Then, I came to find out about a month later, I found out there were SEVERAL cavaties the dentist failed to fill or just straight up ignored them. I already had 3 fillings from them, about 2-3 weeks prior of me discovering the other cavities. so I don't understand how you don't continue to do the rest, and they didn't INFORM me of those other cavities. Awful service and awful doctor would not recommend it!!
