I had a root canal done here on tooth #19 about 7 years ago. Since then, my health has deteriorated. I noticed that I had a large ball (not painful) directly underneath the root canal, so I went to a biological dentist, and got a cone beam x-ray, which is basically a CT scan of your teeth...low and behold, they told me that this is one of the most infected root canals that they have ever seen. It has eaten a massive hole through my jawbone, and it will very likely fracture my jaw when they clean out the infection. He told me that this infection has been brewing for at least 6-7 YEARS. If you look up the research of Dr. Weston A. Price from back in the 1920's, he found that 100% of root canals are infected, with NO exceptions. There has been plenty of research since then with the same findings. All 4 of my root canals are infected, but mine done here is the worst by far. I have completely lost trust in conventional dentistry, because while most root canal infections can only be seen with a cone beam x-ray, this infection is so massive, that you can see it clear as day on a standard x-ray. I have pointed at the dark void under this tooth to the last 3 dentists I have been to, because whereas I am not a dentist, I know that a dark void means infection. They all told me it was nothing. (Maybe they are trained to turn a blind eye to it, since they are the ones who pushed you into getting it in the first place) There is a documentary called Root Cause that everyone should watch before proceeding with a root canal.

Omg. I love Dr. Bilal Shammout. He made a root canal pleasant. Who could imagine? I cannot say enough about his professionalism, skill and knowledge. The team that supports him were welcoming and attentive. I would give this facility a rating of 💯. I am very thankful for the amazing care I received.

I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist 😬 and was super scared of getting my root canal this place has definitely changed that ,he was straight to the point told me what was wrong and what I needed to do, the only pain I felt from the procedure was the initial shot to numb my mouth after that nada even after I was home and the numbness had worn off I didn't need any ibuprofen or anything 🙏🏾 would definitely recommend

The entire staff is amazing and caring. My son has medical PTSD, they explained everything, made sure he was comfortable, asked if he needed a break, took their time, and showed empathy.

I was here with another child. Again amazing staff who care. Dr. Shammout provides the most PHENOMENAL care. The comfort of his patients is unmatched.

came in as a referral from my dentist for 2 root canals. the team is very kind and patient. i was very nervous because it was my first root canal. the dental assistant and dr were very communicative and transparent with everything that was happening.

i also told my friends that i was getting a root canal and they told me to expect pain. i felt nothing. actually i was about to fall asleep. the dr was quick and skillful. you can tell they do several root canals that they got their process down.

i wont have to worry about my second one since i had a wonderful experience with the first. highly recommend this dr.

Thank you doctor and staff for the great service! This was my first root canal and drilling into my tooth aside, this was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Shammout not only has excellent skills but also was very detailed in his explanation of what was going on throughout the whole process. The entire staff was very professional, proficient, and friendly. They made me feel at ease and treated me like a patient and not just a number passing through their office. I usually don't write reviews so here we go.....I was recommended this place for my root canal and saw a review similar to how I was feeling. I was in serve pain with an infection I wanted to pull my tooth out or just die. It was hard to find another place that would do my procedure asap. They made it so I can get seen quickly. I called in so much pain and crying while trying to make an appointment. Janette handle my issues with professionalism and compassion. She gave me tips and advice which helped me through the healing process. One of the things she advised me to do is sleep sitting up. It sounded and felt uncomfortable at first, but it helped me not feel a sharp pain in the middle of the night. The dentist Mr. Shammount made me feel comfortable he had good communication with me on what steps he was making throughout the process and it seemed like he took his time making sure all the infection was out ;-). In the process, I heard two nice songs I added to my playlist when I got home :-). His assistants seemed nice, sweet, and chill and they were attentive while working. They don't accept medical but they worked with me since I got seen and the operation is done on the same day which was cheaper than the other quotes I received I was in excruciating pain with high anxiety and stressed out. I have a check-up coming up so will see how my tooth has been since the procedure but so far so good. I feel so much better and I was blessed to find them. I hope they can help you too.
