The adult primary doctor is horrible I forgot his name already but he had an accent and was an older man. He disregarded everything that I needed help with. He told me I had a lot of issues but he didn’t offer solutions to anything and I left feeling terrible. Didn’t even bother to listen to my heart or do anything he’s getting paid to just sit and that’s it. Already changed my doctor thankfully

I called High Desert Regional at 8am to schedule an appointment. It is now 9a.m. This is unacceptable . Sad really 😢. I think I would have been able to schedule an appt quicker if I would have driven there and scheduled appt. in
person.

I had my gallbladder removal surgery here in March 2024. It was successful. These doctors, well the ones I've had were always attentive. Anything that I had a concern about they ran a test. They always took good care of me. The phlebotomist were always kind when I asked questions. The nurses as well. Honestly, this is the best care I've ever had. Such kind and wonderful people. God Bless them and all that they do.

Yes, you have to make an appointment for urgent care. No idea why. I have been coming here for over 2 years. Overall I have had no real problems. As long as you keep on top of things. As in all places now, no one wants to do their basic job, but keep trying to get someone to help you. The pharmacy staff are AWESOME.

Went in to get my lightheadedness checked out, had to wait almost an hour to get called. Then after I got called, I had to wait even LONGER inside the patient room. Mind you, the Urgent Care wasn’t busy at all, only 2 other patients were there. Then AFTER waiting for over an HOUR AND A HALF, I get my ear checked and told I had inflamed eardrums which only took 2 mins.

Then 2 months later, they tried to send a bill for $1500. I only got my blood pressure and ear checked. That’s it. Had to call them up to get the bill changed from its astronomical amount even flyer I was told that this was a free clinic.

Not a big fan of this place

The women's health department are nice and helpful, had great doctors and nurses while I was pregnant, but the adult care department is beyond dismal. Dr. Croad is downright RUDE and unprofessional, doesn't even listen to you as a patient. I had FINALLY found a good PCP but Dr. Arias is leaving, so I'm going elsewhere. Don't put yourself in the position to be talked down to and treated like dirt. If I wasn't of stronger constitution, Dr. Croad's treatment would have made me suicidal after my delivery and then just recently when I was having mental health problems.
