If you are a minority or a person of color do not come here!

On Wednesday, August 28 I came in for severe tooth pain to the upper left side (tooth number 14).
The tooth pain was described as pulsating, with ear pain, cold/hot sensitivity and a headache. Dr. Adams took one look at my X-ray and said I was having residual pain from brushing to hard and promised I would feel better in 2-3 days. I was told I had a root canal in that tooth so I could not possibly feel pain, as tears filled my eyes. Although, It was evident I was in severe pain.

Friday the pain was so excruciating and my mouth began to swell so I drove two hours to Little Rock to be told I needed a root canal and I had two abscesses at the base of my tooth.

My question is, why was my pain not taken seriously. Is it because I'm black? If I was a middle age caucasion would I have received the same treatment? Turns out I was told I needed a root canal to number 14 3 years prior. Dr Adam’s recommended a cap be placed on the tooth.

Also called and spoke with Tammy and was told per Dr. Adam’s note it was a 50/50 chance I would need a root canal. If that is the case, why did he treatment plan a crown?

I've been going to this dentist since I was a kid, and I can say they have had awesome customer service every time! Compared to other dentists, I've been to in the past. I'd say their work is top-notch! I would recommend this office to anyone!

Been going to Hilltop Dentistry for several years now, and every experience has been nothing less than wonderful. Very professional staff, and amazing Dentist. Had a broken tooth on a Thursday afternoon, and they got me in early the next morning. Beyond thankful for this group of wonderful people and their expertise. 10/10 would recommend.

If you have to have anything major done do not go here. They do not believe in pain management. I sent several thousand here the dentist never even addressed me by name. They rush you through like cattle one person to the other. Never saw or heard the dentist wash his hands.

Some may not be a fan of the dentist, but if you have to go, and you should, Hilltop Family Dentistry can't be beat. Everyone is very nice and go above and beyond to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They don't try to up-sell you on things you don't need. They genuinely care about your dental health and for that I highly recommend!

I dealt with wisdom teeth pain for over a year because that is just how bad I dreaded going to the dentist! But believe me when I say it was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dentist appointment! Dr Adams was so kind! & the main lady in the office was great on the phone & in person!
Two wisdom teeth extracted, I was in & out in less than an hour! Overall, 5 star experience!!
Thank you Jeremy & your team of professionals for making it as painless as possible from booking the appointment & getting me in early to the extractions!!

Absolutely hands down the best! Dr.Adams created a beautiful smile for me. The staff is very professional, super sweet and always caring. I feel like family when I am there. They have definitely touched my heart and my ? smile! I give them 10 stars!!!!

If you ever have someone mess up your root canal and all you have is pain from their screw up don't expect any relief. I'm not an addict and I don't appreciate being treated like one.
