Hollingsworth Family Dentistry

My children are new patients here, and we all enjoyed our service at this clinic. As a mother, I was really happy with the clean environment, no damp smells, and good equipment. The Dr. was brief, and thoroughly explained the x rays, and the staff was very professional with me, all qualities I really enjoy. We are happy to be new patients here.

The older blonde haired woman. Is very rude. She wouldn't let me go back there with my kid. She has made my. Experience awful. They need to fire her.

I took my 6 year old for a teeth cleaning woman up front came off rude. I came back a second time for her a filling well the lady called me said she had a cancelation if I wanted 2 take her there early I said I'll be right over, well as I was getting my child out the car she basically slammed door in my face and said only my 6 year old was coming and took her to a room and left her b4 I could even get my 3 year old back in car seat. When I came in I asked what room was my daughter in? she walked by ignored me. I looked in a few rooms til I found her by herself with a bunch of tools laid out. I will never take her back there. Everyone is so rude and unprofessional.

My husband went to have extractions completed. The dentist got short with him as he attempted to numb the area as my husband said "ouch" in a louder than normal tone of voice. The dentist then compared him to a 10 y.o. and told him he didn't allow his patients to act like that. My daughter went the previous week and had the same experience. The staff is very rude.Will never go back and certainly will not recommend them to anyone!!

We are new patients, and have had regular cleanings, as well as one urgent appointment. Dr. Hollingsworth has been amazing each time. His staff have all been very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being squeezed in for that urgent appointment. We have nothing but respect for this dental office and are happy they were recommended to us!

By far the worst I’ve ever been to. My son had major surgery on his teeth to the point he had to be put to sleep , so he is a little anxious at the dentist now we’ll this dentist was to busy to have a little patience with my son also he had a helper in there that held him down ! The day before our appt they went and got there teeth cleaned and we all went in together the next day they wanted them in there by therself because I have a one year old that was supposedly being loud disrupting there work ! We’ll I’m sorry that not everybody has there parents to watch there kids constantly ! He kicked us out , the worst person I have met in a long time !! So disappointed!!!!

I wish I could not give a start at all. One of the worst dinners to go to very unclean and very rude, especially the staff. They say one thing and do another.

My husband went to this dentist office for the first time last week and he loves the staff, which says a lot for him since he usually complains about everything, lol. He had to have an x-ray and is going back in a few weeks to have an extraction. They didn’t try to talk him into having any extra or unnecessary work done, like some of the other dentist in the area. The prices are not outrageous, the staff is very down to earth, and as friendly as they come. I plan on making an appointment for my 8 year old daughter soon, which will save me from having to drive all the way to Jasper to her regular pediatric dentist.
