Dr Jennifer Jones @ Hoover Oral Surgery was A+ great to work with taking care of my fractured tooth problems. I had multiple teeth with issues that needed attention from the past that needed surgery, one being pulled and another that did not come down & had to be cut out of the gums. She also did a great job with the bone grafts & prepping me for my future tooth implant. I have seen multiple dentists for this issue but never wanted to do it until I met Dr Jennifer. She was very warm, empathetic & understanding of the situation. Being disabled on a fixed income also made it very hard for me financially so Dr Jennifer worked out a payment plan for me that was so kind & even discounted some services as she is truly in the practice of helping people not just for money but for the good of their health. They even did a CT Scan that was included & it did not cost extra as many other places charge for out-of-pocket fees of over $300 for it. She understands the dilemma some face with dental costs & did her best to accommodate me so I wanted to write this review for anyone that may be scared of the costs to get broken teeth fixed due to the cost that Dr Jennifer is a very rare find & Hoover Oral is lucky to have her onboard. I interacted with Jackie the receptionist there who was very friendly, Lauren, & Andrea who was also helpful. I even had a problem after the 1st week & called & talked to Dr Hoover who gave me advice on the phone on a Sunday, which was surprising but delightful. I then visited the office the following week as I was worried so had Dr Jennifer check my progress and all was well. I thank them for being very patient & understanding & wanted others to know that I highly recommend them if you need any dental oral surgery.

This is my review on this amazing Dr, entire staff and office as a whole! Following my surgery Dr. Hoover checked on me how I was and the following was my reaction:
thank you so much for checking Dr, that means the world to me!!! It went great i hope that best thing is all i remember is you poking my hand then i went completely out didnt feel a thing!!! loved it! So im assuming everything went well on your end 4 pulled teeth, and the two bone graphs went in well!! Ive. been following the pain regime you gave and i’ve had no issues - right about now it’s starting to feel tight with some pain but I can take another pill soon and I’ll start the salt water rinse as instructed tomorrow. I want to thank you thank you thank you for being a true caring professional who is top knowledgeable, confidently clear and concise relaying and utilizing it !! and every single one of your staff i’ve dealt with has portrayed the same! - I say this mainly because i’ve been meeting many Dr’s and offices who either forgot or just don’t care how they treats their patients.
My experience is obviously, I happily feel your the standard and doing everything right!!!

I have had two wisdom tooth surgeries with Dr. Hoover and I couldn't be happier with the experience! He's great, really caring and kind. During my first surgery, I was super nervous, but he made sure to check on me multiple times, worked fast, and talked to me the whole time to keep me calm and explain everything he was doing! I didn't have too much pain after the surgery, and by the third day, I was completely recovered! I highly recommend HIM, he's really awesome. I wish I could give this place 5 stars, but the girls at the front desk always seem to have an attitude for some reason... Anyways, Dr. Hoover's experience was definitely 5 stars!

I highly recommend seeing Dr. Hoover! My 6 year old had 2 extra teeth and his Removal went great! Such an amazing job that was done fast. I love how friendly and caring everyone is. I would like to leave a positive review about Hoover oral Surgery clinic positive review. Very nice place, nice friendly ladies on the reception. But most of all I wanted to thank and write a good review about Oral Surgeon Dr. Jennifer Caroline. I recently had a surgery to remove all wisdom tooth. Dr. Caroline and her assistance did excellently, PROFESSIONAL and fast. Despite the fact that everything was happening right in front on my nose, I did not see a single medical instrument, which can usually lead anxious patient into even greater fear. I had local anesthesia which also went smoothly. Recovery went perfectly. By the second day I was feeling pretty good and no complications.
Jennifer Caroline is a wonderful doctor that shown genuine concern and respect my wishes. I highly recommend this professional.

I had a CONFIRMED appointment to get a tooth pulled out. My appointment was about a month and a half from the day I went in for a consultation. The week of my appointment I received a call stating that I need to reschedule because there was a conflict with the scheduled appointment. When I called they tried to have me wait another 3 weeks...WTH? I scheduled and confirmed my appointment a month and a half ago...this is such BULLSH*T!!! How unprofessional to just disregard the patient and assume we would accept waiting even longer to get your procedure done when you had already scheduled and confirmed your appointment almost two months prior. So DISAPPOINTED!!!
