I had a wonderful visit. Renee cleaned my teeth and did a great job. But the thing that really stands out was Beatrice. I was having trouble getting my ride home and she gave me a ride home! She has done this twice now and I really appreciate it.

I highly recommend Horizon Dental, particularly for individuals with dental anxieties. As someone with a fear of needles and dentists, I was impressed by their exceptional care. Following an unexpected visit for a broken tooth, Carina provided outstanding assistance. Subsequent appointments with Kayla and Woellhaf for my temporary crown were equally impressive, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and compassion. I am deeply grateful for their expertise and look forward to future visits.

Horizon dental , good people. After stupidly neglecting my tooth care for a few years I needed a tooth pulled. These folks are good, they got me in right away and pulled the tooth.I returned to Horizon for a dental bridge. Great care, they even had me in on a Friday (normally closed). I got a little cranky with them over something silly. They handled that well. I now have a bridge, my mouth feels great ( I could even enjoy eating a nice steak) Thank you Horizon. I recommend you to all.

First off they never answer the phone. I'm always waiting a hour or more to be seen by the dentist. I had a implant done and they gave me the amount I would owe after what the insurance would pay. So I paid them thinking that was all I had to pay. Next visit they called me at that last minute telling me I had to come in a hour earlier because the dentist had to leave to do something. So I had to leave work early. Then they said I owed them $ from the last visit that I already paid.they look in their computer and say ooh I see it. So at my next visit their telling me I'm gonna have to pay almost 1000$ . When this all started on the first visit they gave me the amount. All they care about is getting your money. Ive already had 2 crowns fall out from them.its time for new dentist that knows what their doing.

I am cancelling my Feb 2025 appointment. I will not be returning as a patient. Not impressed with the attempt to churn my insurance and that the assistant lied to me re 'vitamins', and the dentist refused to examine me because I didn't have the extra exrays, This is the 2nd time I have sent you notice of cancelling my appointment.

I’ve been coming to Horizon Dental for years. Though the office is very convenient to where I live and work, I work in the medical field and I’m very picky with my medical and dental care. I would definitely not still be coming here if I was not happy. The providers and staff are all fantastic.
