Horrible !! I went in with pain they had to do a root canal which they didn't they didn't give me pain medicine after that or antibiotics.
the front office lady was trying to charge more which was a huge red sign. I knew what my insurance covers.
All they did that day was Initiate meaning something like a palliative treatment.
They called my insurance and billed them for root canal saying it was done which that's fraud!!!
I went to another office to get my tooth the right treatment since it was not done at this office. The pain was horrible.
Really Pay attention to your bill.

Such a professional and welcoming staff. I had to bring my daughter in for my appointment last minute and she's let's just say she's very hard to keep busy. Luckily, the staff loved interacting with her and even brought toys to the room to keep her busy. No place has ever done that! So thank you so much! Also, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was amazing! She taught me such amazing tips to help keep my teeth at their best and she was so great at explaining everything that was happening during my appointment. I'm so glad to have found this place! Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Hoyt and his entire staff are so efficient, profession, friendly and accommodating! I have recently come to this office for some work (Invisalign, whitening & a filling) and am so impressed with the service! Dr. Hoyt thoroughly explains what he is going to do, takes all the time you need to answer your questions, and is friendly and professional. His staff treats you like your an old friend, calling you by name and always smiling and happy. They are obviously glad to work for such an awesome dentist, and proud to be his staff. Dr. Hoyt is gentle and basically pain free in his treatment. I highly recommend his office to anyone needing/wanting any dental services!

I switched to Dr. Hoyt's office last year, and it was a great choice! I had been unhappy where I was getting my dental work done, and the change to Dr. Hoyt's office was the best decision I could have made. Everyone in the office is pleasant and helpful. The Staff up front (Kathy and Gail) are always friendly and inviting... I did Invisalign here and it's been a great experience... Kind of a pain to take them off and on, but worth it! Dr. Hoyt is wonderful and his Dental Assistants are very caring... I love Cindy... she helps him a lot and always puts me at ease. (I'm always nervous in a Dental chair)... He's got the up-to-date technology and equipment and is extremely talented and very much a perfectionist... Even though I have to drive 40 minutes to see him, he was worth the drive!! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Hoyt was recommended to my wife by an acquaintance in her exercise class. She mentioned she had been going to Dr. Hoyt for many years and that his dental services and pricing were excellent. I had been looking around for a dentist and with the recommendation I wanted to make an appointment to correct a painful tooth abscess I was experiencing. Everyone at the dentistry were polite and provided excellent scheduling and dental services to me. I had the tooth (wisdom tooth) pulled and was surprised that it was not at all painful. Just pressure and I was surprised when Dr. Hoyt said it was out. They scheduled a followup post operative appointment a week later to check to make sure everything looked OK. The followup exam was pleasant, on time and professional. The dental technicians, office workers and Dr. Hoyt were all very cheerful and it was a very pleasant experience. I have already recommended Dr. Hoyt to my sister and recommend this dentistry to anyone in the Temecula/Murrieta area looking for a top notch dentist with reasonable pricing.

You are in great hands with Dr. Hoyt and his staff! He is the very best dentist I've ever gone to and I've gone to a few! (I'm in my 70's) Not only is he caring and compassionate, but a brilliant perfectionist about his work! Love all the staff, too! He has the best people with him.
