My husband went in for a general cleaning, which is fully covered by insurance yet a procedure was forced upon him and made him think that it was necessary and ended up still having to pay $120 at the end of his appointment he was pressured it was unnecessary and this is absolutely Illegal and wrong. My daughter went three days prior and they pressured her into signing for a filling when she simply went in for a cleaning, although she did not complete the procedure it was because I merely walked in on her being pressured and told the office that we did not want to conduct this procedure on that day. We should be able to trust our Dentists- in this case we’ve lost trust.

I recently visited Ideal Dental and had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming especially Nicole, her energy was so amazing.

The dentist took the time to explain the procedures clearly and addressed all my concerns, which I really appreciated. The office was clean and well-maintained, reflecting their commitment to hygiene.

I also found the appointment scheduling to be convenient and efficient.

Rating: 10/10 definitely recommend

From the time I entered the office to the time I left, the staff was friendly and courteous. The dentist and his assistant explained everything clearly. He did exactly what he said he would do and did not try to push anything that wasn't necessary. He also listened to me about what I would like to have done. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Been looking for the right dentist and dental office for almost two years since we moved to DFW and I finally found them! They take you back in appropriate time and employees are all friendly and communicate with you. You get seen by the dentist in a timely manner as well and I do see their effort during a busy morning. Dental hygienist was very kind, compassionate, and gentle with her hands. I am so glad that I finally found them! My husband has an appointment coming up next week. I highly recommend.

I found this particular Ideal dental through my job’s HR benefits portal. I had gone awhile without any dental consultation and showed up not knowing what to expect. The front desk staff were polite, welcoming, and very informative. Later, during my procedure, Nicole and Dr. Voissem made it both relaxing and reassuring! I highly recommend this dental office to all who may be considering.

I feel like all of the services were rushed and my mouth hurt so bad after the procedure. I never received aftercare information about my procedure. They ensured you got a bill.
If you are looking for quality service this place ranks last in my book. Run never look back I asked about my treatment plan the dentist said we will email you. Never received an Email! And when trying to talk about my other teeth he was so unconcerned.
The tech was pushing the suction machine in my jaw causing it to bleed. Do not go to this place I promise. They are playing in your mouth! I’m sure it’s some unethical things going on in that place.

i love them, i’ve been going to ideal for many years and they always take care of me! Dr. Voissem and his team and fantastic. Cristi was awesome as well! She put on some cartoons for me to watch ? and was great in conversation, had a couple of laughs, and well she cleaned my teeth haha. Front desk people are amazing, welcoming, and sweet! I will continue to come because it’s my home dentist! ? Happy Holidays Yall!

I set my appt for today 6 months ago. Over the past week I received 3 text messages that reminded me of my appointment, saying call IF you need to change or reschedule your appointment. There was no option to confirm. As recently as 24 hours before I got another reminder of my appointment. I arrived 10 min early as the text instructed and was told they canceled my appointment because I didn’t confirm it! The lady at the front desk said that they had been told this was a problem by several other patients. Clearly there is a problem on their end of things, yet I was not able to be seen at my scheduled time.
