If you’re looking for orthodontic care, I implore you to look elsewhere.

Although a handful of staff were kind and welcoming, there are quite a few staff who were incredibly rude and gave an attitude when spoken to.

I had many issues with poor communication regarding payments (I had to call to sort out these issues and was very rarely informed, if at all, about these issues) and a few months into my treatment was told that I had no card on file for automatic payments despite setting up automatic payments at the very start of my treatment.

I’ve observed miscommunication between staff regarding my treatment plan and some of the staff do not seem to be very attentive during appointments. I’ve had to deal with bruised gums and have left appointments seemingly with no issues only to encounter loose wires cutting up the inside of my mouth in multiple locations hours later.

The cherry on top was when I received my retainer. Because I was unable to pickup my retainer, I requested for them to be shipped. I was not informed that I would need to pay the shipping fee (which I would’ve agreed to pay had they informed me day of or later on when it was time to ship them) and only when I called to check on the progress of the shipment was I informed that I needed to pay the fee.

I’m sure the photos will speak for themselves, but obviously there was little to no care put into the packaging. Everything, the mold of my teeth and the retainers themselves, were put in a ziplock bag, wrapped with paper towels and rubber bands, thrown into a box, and shipped just like that. Pieces of the mold had broken off inside the plastic bag and my retainer arrived with jagged edges, bits of plastic hanging off, and overall in poor condition.

It’s incredibly insulting to receive my retainers in this condition when they tell you at the end of your treatment that they will cost a few hundred dollars to replace.

Overall, I had a disappointing experience with Image Orthodontics and would not recommend them to anyone.

I was that last Gen X that got braces twice because they lost & stopped wearing their retainer. I’ve had the pleasure of personally working with the same people twice ! Different locations & they still remember me. I am currently under treatment and got my cute braces again from the same wonderful place. Can’t wait for my perfect teeth once i’m done! They never failed me!

Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist/orthodontist. Stay away!! Dentist I saw originally quit months ago, but I was just informed recently. Still haven’t met my “new” dentist - just 5 minute appointments where they rush you out the door as quickly as possible.

Scheduling and billing is a disaster! Today, they called to cancel my appointment 20 minutes prior - at 7:40am when I was already on my way there. Previously, I have arrived at office to find they had scheduled the wrong type of appointment and would need to come back. Once I called to confirm an appointment, and they informed me they had cancelled it.

Once they take your money, they couldn’t care less about you or your time.

Online payment portal doesn’t work - good luck finding out how much you have paid or still owe on a payment plan!

There are a number of reasons why I’m unsatisfied with this location, although I’m not sure if my experience applies to all locations. Regarding treatment, my appointments always felt rushed and it was obvious that my case wasn’t previewed before I came in for an appt and the orthodontist barely examined my teeth. I was asked questions that I had previously answered and there was consistent miscommunication amongst the staff that lead to many delays and realignments in my treatment. As for professionalism, this has been the most unsatisfactory experience. I had multiple appointments that have been rescheduled on the same day, which was a result of lack of due diligence and planning to ensure that there was an orthodontist onsite. When I arrived to receive my retainers, the staff took an extra 15 minutes only to let me know that my retainers did not arrive. Despite offering to mail me my retainers, this experience is extremely inefficient and disappointing. Overall, there are a select few staff that have been attentive. However, I strongly encourage the management to consider more thorough training for the staff and orthodontists.
