The doctor doesn't seem to use his prior notes or current xrays during the consultation so I had to explain multiple times that he was miscounting my teeth, this was not my first visit for this concern and the notes clearly indicated the information without restarting and making immeditate mistakes. The receptionist made me incredibly uncomfortable, she did not understand anything that was relayed to her from the doctor or the dental assistant and I had to spend 25 min exalplaining to her what the doctor just told me until he finally had to get involved. By the time I left from the 25min conversation with the receptionist I did NOT have an estimate for the work the dentist wanted to do, she did not understand how to use her computer (is what she told me as an excuse), and the referral i finally left with has my name spelled incorrectly, which really makes me uneasy when the information should have been directly in front of her during the 25min conversation... during that conversation she also felt it necessary to tell the Dental assistant that one of the other girls "never remembers to clock out and keeps leaving without clocking out" which the dental assistant responded "she just went to her car, you need to calm down." That was HORRIBLY unprofessional to say aloud in front of me and immediately make me want to walk out without finishing the conversation.
I will not be returning to this place.
Edit: 2 stars instead of 1 because the receptionist was nice enough and knew her computer just well enough to email me my $75 xrays so it is easy to never contact this office or return for any reason.

DDS, Tony and his assistant were so very wonderful. After waiting way too long to address the pain a tooth was giving me, I started calling from my insurance carrier's provider list. The second call was to Imagine Dentistry. Although they were up front and let me know that they no longer work with that insurance, they answered my question about self pay for a tooth extraction and when I could be seen. During my appointment, I was sure to remind the assistant that I was self pay, just so she would understand why I may sound so stingy! Nonetheless, she treated me like I was their most valuable patient! DDS, Tony was just as kind, explaining everything, assuring me as needed. He then explained that the procedure was difficult than they first thought it would be, and that he would have the billing code changed so that I would be billed less! Everyone made sure I understood the post care instructions. Oh, how I wish they were still on my insurance plan. Excellent care!

I called to see about a price for a filling. I was told it ranges. Ok cool.. so I went on to ask if we could use our xray from a previous dentist. In order to get the price for the fill I g while using the xray from a previous dentist I have to pay $99. That’s absolutely ridiculous when you don’t have insurance. I hope someone in the higher ups revises this policy and caters to the ppl who don’t have insurance. Our money is good money also even tho it does not come from the state.

I been going to this place for years. My family and I got superb dental care here. They no longer take Cigna HMO, I’m so sad that we have to find another dentist. This place is personable, they hire great dentists. My favorite so far is Reef Chiappetti, DDS if you can see him, you are in good hands. He is very gentle and patient, and his work is great. He is not greedy, like other dentists in this area. He will only recommend work that needs to be done. I cried when I found out that we have to find someone else. We were so blessed to find this place. They really care. Front desk staff is very helpful. Office manager is amazing! I’m going to miss this place.

I have been going here for years for my dental needs but the past two years with staff changes I have realized that the level of service I’ve received are not what I was used to. I had been quoted a procedure which was a higher cost than my insurance covered. When I inquired about it, the office manager said they would correct it and call back with a quote that matches my insurance coverage. I never got the call back so I didn’t get the work done. . Secondly, I had a text message about an appointment for cleaning that I had set up months ago. I called them immediately to ask for a sooner appointment as I had a beginning toothache but only got their voicemail. I left a detailed message and did not get a call back. I called again and still got just a recording to leave a message. At this point I decided if I don’t get a call back then I’m done with these people. The quality of customer service is not par for the cost of coming here. Time for a new dental provider. Take care of your patients or we can fine new providers.

Super bad tooth problem . I called and a very nice comforting voice listened to me and scheduled me the next day 8 am wow thank you . ? After arriving alil paperwork right into the chair and I met the nicest most straightforward and gentle dentist I have ever had . In the end she dug out some roots from a broken tooth I was told by others needed surgery and just like that within a hour all done . Thank you very much ?. I would have absolutely no problem going back for care or another emergency. Flat out just thank you.?✌?.

They made my mother feel welcome. There was a little communication issue with the first visit, but they were able to get her in and she was satisfied with the information she was given. We recommend them.
