I do not recommend this dental office for any work. Please thoroughly research before seeking treatment here.

Several months ago, I had a disappointing experience at Imperial Dental Office, characterized by dishonesty and unprofessional behavior from both the front desk staff and the dentist. My root canal treatment was left incomplete, requiring me to find a specialist to finish the procedure at a significant out-of-pocket expense. Additionally, my credit card was charged $3,200 for the replacement of two crowns. Despite multiple refund requests, the process has been frustratingly slow and remains unresolved.

Communication with their staff, particularly with someone named Yovanna, has been unhelpful and disorganized. She has consistently delayed progress, citing issues with a third party and inaccurately blaming my insurance. After speaking with my insurance provider, I confirmed they had fulfilled their part. The delays were caused by the dental office’s failure to properly and promptly submit necessary documents, resulting in unnecessary stress and setbacks.

During one of my scheduled two-hour appointments, I had to cancel because the dentist who previously worked on my case was no longer with the practice. I was only informed of this upon arrival and told that a new dentist, unfamiliar with my treatment plan, would be taking over. This lack of coordination and communication was deeply concerning, especially since I had taken time off work to attend. It was a complete waste of time and further exacerbated my dissatisfaction.

I have filed a complaint with the dental board and am awaiting further action. I hope this review serves as a caution to others and encourages the practice to improve its communication and professional standards.

Very poor communication I sent pictures of the stuff that dentical approved and didn’t approve. However no one got back to me to help me after I sent over the information I received in the mail. I kept having to call over and over to get an appointment. Gave them constructive criticism on the lack of communication with their patients . Shifting blame is not very professional and it seems like they don’t do a very good job communicating with each other. The doctors are nice but front desk needs to be more organized.

I had an excellent experience with Imperial Dental. Everyone from Laurie who answered my initial call to Tasha, who was the Dr's assistant to Dr. K. What a great guy and really took his time and solved my painful issue. Love these guys, thank you.

Had an appointment this morning at 0800. I showed up 15 min early. Hoping I could go in a finish all paperwork that might be needed. That wasn’t the case at all. I left at 0826 and office was still locked. How the heck does the entire office show up late. If they cannot show up on time. Makes me wonder what kind of dental work they do.

Worst experience ever I had scheduled an appointment for my root canal and this appointment was scheduled a month ahead. They call me the same day that my appointment was cancelled what a lack of professionalism. When I try scheduling it again they say I have to wait another month and a half. Which was ridiculous at this point. They even lied saying that they called me the day before letting me know it was cancelled upon looking at my calls there was nothing.
Don’t trust these people especially when it comes to dental care.

I highly recommend Imperial Dental Group. Dr M was friendly, completely honest and deeply committed to providing the best possible work and service on my dental needs. He is supported by a great staff, especially Crystal. She is friendly, and provided great support as Dr M's dental assistant. I'm looking forward to getting all my dental work done by this office. It was a great experience!

Do not recommend! This office is not professional and has mismanaged my treatment for months resulting in pain, anxiety & suffering.
I received a crown from Dr.Lopp in August’23 from August until February’24 I continued to feel pain and came over 5 times into the office.
Dr. Lopp first “Adjusted” (filed) the crown, I came back a 3rd time he then confirmed the crown had margins and offered to redo the crown, when I went to have the crown replaced I was seen by Dr. Steve who adjusted (filed) the crown and suggested I give it another 2 weeks, during the 2 weeks my gum developed an abscess, I called the office and was told they could see me 11 days later.
When I arrived to my appointment, I was told Dr. Lopp was “No longer working at that office.” (Interesting) Dr. Steve asked if I had been taking antibiotics, I told him No, I wasn’t given that option.
Dr. Steve then informed me I had an infection resulting in bone loss in my jaw, would need to have an extraction, bone graft & implant.
The office then asked me to prepay for the treatment $3,900.00
I was told the bone wasn’t covered under my insurance, a lie, I researched my insurance and found they do indeed cover bone grafts in preparation for an implant. I had the bone graft, during the procedure a tooth was chipped, I came back to the office to have it looked at, the office then attempted to charge me an additional $150.00 for bonding, another treatment my insurance covers. On 2/23/24 I requested the money back that I prepaid for the upcoming procedure as I no longer trust this office, the office manager couldn’t provide a time line for when I would receive my refund, she had the audacity to say “if you get the money back, it’s a process.” I paid for services that I no longer wish to have, you do not get to keep money if the service wasn’t rendered. I was told I would receive a call with an update about said refund on 2/26/24. It is now 2/29/24 and I have yet to hear back. Do not come to this office, they are deceptive and provide substandard treatment.
