Horrible experience as a new patient; waited 2.5 hrs for my daughter to be seen, for the dentist to only spend 10 minutes of her time examining my daughter. At least 7 patients were seen before us, granted they arrived after us. Didn't even have the decency to provide teeth cleaning. Front desk was not the most pleasant. Will definitely not be returning.

I've had two very good experiences with the dentist and her staff, after a crown popped off during a flossing and another time eating pizza crust. They saw me either the same day or the next day. Very relaxing environment with comfortable chairs and music of your choice. I must stress how nice the entire staff was to me! Lots of smiles and positive conversations even though everyone was masked up. It was a really upbeat yet professional environment. Dr. Kelley was super nice, patient, tender and fast! She had those crowns on in no time, yet still paused at just the right moment to check on me. The crowns felt super strong and smooth all around. I'm new to the area but definitely will be back to see Dr. Kelley.

This practice sucks round 2! To the “owner” there is no way you can apologize for not having a great experience at your practice. I’m a family of 5 and absolutely have withdrawn from your practice and gone else where. I’ve left numerous messages for the “accounting lady” (who probably doesn’t really exists) or Dr Kelley Georgene who NEVER will call you back. I left my first message back in October 2021 and still waiting. This practice has not billed me in 9 months (yes that’s right nine). I also had left a deposit back in September and still cannot get my money back because they need to send me a bill first….. makes NO Sense!

Dr. Kelley-Rondero is the best in town! I did a lot of research before choosing her office and all of her great reviews lived up to the expectations. The office staff is so friendly, accommodating to your needs, and follow-up with you on any concerns. Dr Kelley-Rondero is so honest and cares about her patients. I never had billing issues or any issues at all, they went above and beyond with service. I wish I didn't have to move only because I'll miss them as my dentist.

BEWARE, UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I had a tooth that was bothering me. The Dentist informed me that I needed a procedure. The receptionist/assistant informed that the procedure was covered by my insurance. I blindly believed her and signed a blank consent. Later I received a bill for over $ 1,000 dollars. The receptionist denied telling me that the procedure was covered. They showed me a copy of the consent, and it showed that I was going to be responsible for the over $1,000 and that I was agreeing to pay that amount. I realized that after I signed the consent, she wrote down the amount without me being aware. She denied doing it, and the manager believed her. I was not allowed to speak to the Dentist. I paid the bill, and switched my family to another Dentist.

After 8 months the Billing Administrator Patricia has never bothered to call me back. I complained to the office every month about a bill being incorrectly charged. Then every week asking to speak with Georgene Kelley and have heard nothing. Very unprofessional dentist office

I’ve always had bad experiences with dentist but let mee tell you dr kelly is the sweetest she relaxes you puts so much work to make you feel good and comfortable ❤️One of the best experience I’ve ever had everyone is super sweet and nice ? definitely recommend this place 100% with kids they are super good i have 5 and their all super happy we finally found the right dentist ?
