This place is fantastic! Every single person who works here puts everything they have into their jobs. Polite, personable, and authentically seem to care about patients as people. Dr. Paxman is awesome! No one gets weird or acts like you are an inconvenience for asking questions. Had wisdom teeth and Tori removal surgery done. They even let me keep the bone and teeth that were removed to add to our medical learning collection that I keep for my grand-babies/budding scientists! They sweetly included a fresh smoothie and although I could not eat or drink anything for the day and night after the surgery because my chin and lower lip were completely numb from the anesthesia the next day the smoothie was still fresh and excellent! Exactly the pick me up I needed! As great an experience as possible for something that no one is looking forward to doing. The only negative is that I did unfortunately have one tooth that sustained a minor chip as collateral damage. I do have a very small mouth and removing Tori seems like it can be more like stone work than finessed surgery and I was made very aware beforehand of all the risks. I am excited that my tongue now fits into the roof of my mouth or down at the bottom between the lower teeth instead of being crushed at the edges between sets of teeth. So appreciative for these folks!

I had the best experience at the Redlands dental office with Dr.Jeffery Paxman and his staff. I want to give a special thank you to Dr.Jeffery Paxman, Issac, Lauren, and Heather. I also want to thank the assistant that was with me throughout my consultation. They all were able to create a warming welcome and they exceeded all expectations. I have been able to experience a pain free experience after removing all four of my wisdom tooth. They give you everything needed for after your surgery and instructions are super clear to read and to understand. They all really care about their patient and you can see the values they have. During set up, I was able to feel comfortable and my anxiety was able to lower. Their mango smoothie was so good! I definitely recommend this place. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience! 🩷

Had a tooth removed this morning. Considering that, it was an excellent experience. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Dr. Paxman is an excellent oral surgeon. No real pain and very little bleeding that has already stopped. Absolutely, recommend.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed, all 4. It was quick and painless for me! 🤣 For my son on the other hand, it was the same 🤣. The staff was AMAZING from our consultation to the removal date. Very friendly, answered all my questions. Made after care instructions EXTREMELY EASY to follow. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Dr. Paxman and staff! You are all amazing! Best part at the end you get a personalized message! AMAZING customer service!

I have major anxiety when it comes to medical situations. I choose Dr. Paxman due to the reviews read. Now i understand the reason for all the good reviews. Him and the whole team made me feel comfortable during the whole process of 4 wisdom teeth removal. I am SO satisfied with this office. Dr. Paxman and his assistant, and the front office went above and beyond for me. I was referred to them on a very short notice (another OS office could care less) but this office took me seriously and handled it efficiently and with a smile on their face. Thank you again for seeing me urgently for my weird case since I am super pregnant. Dr. Paxman put me at ease, I felt heard, and his bedside manner is phenomenal! Would highly recommend!
