I took my oldest here to have her wisdom teeth removed and she had a good experience. I just had mine taken care of and I feel the same. The office staff is polite and friendly, the techs/assistants are efficient and make you feel comfortable, and the doctor is and did as well. I received a care kit with a smoothie when I left and had all my medication waiting for me to pick up. I even received a follow-up phone call from the doctor in the evening so he could check on me. I dislike the idea of dental work and I felt uneasy about going under for the procedure, but the team did great work and made it feel comfortable and simple. I am beyond grateful!

The whole team was amazing at the Upland office. It was my first ever time to have an oral surgery so I didn’t know what to expect, and if I’m being honest, I was nervous. But the Upland Team did so wonderful in keeping me at ease. First of all, they were able to squeeze me in for a sooner appointment given my condition. The Dental Assistants during my procedure were great - Val and Ralph, I believe were their names. Dr. Dudziak was BEYOND GREAT! He was so nice and friendly and did an excellent job on the procedure. No pain post procedure even without meds. Post procedure, Mary Anne, was incredibly warm and nice too. Overall, I had the best experience. Kudos to my whole care team!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Obviously NOT excited for my tooth extraction BUT was at ease because of the surgeon, staff and location. My appointment was bumped up to 7:20am. I agreed because I wanted to be in and out however my husband had to drop my kids off at school and come back. Normally they don’t start the procedure until your driver is there but thank God they did because I did not want to wait! The laughing gas kicked in, the IV was inserted and ultimate relaxation began! Less than 1 hour I was in recovery! Staff was extremely nice!!! Dr came out and briefly described the procedure and some aftercare instructions and so did his nurse. The experience was seamless from beginning to end. Everyone was very kind with lots of smiles for such an early start. Lastly I want them to know that the mango smoothie is bomb!!!!

They were able to get me in very quickly. Dr Dudziak was able to accommodate my sensitivity to anesthesia and I didn't feel a thing! Upon my return for an implant, the staff was very knowledgeable and explained the process and answered all my questions. The day of surgery went very well and I recovered quickly, a little swelling. The CAT scan performed was so clear I was able to see the problem and how it was going to be fixed. Very impressive technology and expertise!

Everything went smoothly. My daughter was anxious about getting her wisdom teeth removed. The nurses and Dr all did an amazing job going above and beyond to reassure her, making her as comfortable as possible. Thank you to all. You are the sweetest. Also, the ivy was painless according to my daughter. They use a cold freeze spray to eliminate pain during insertion.

No one likes to got to the dentist let alone have teeth pulled. But this office and staff are amazing. They were so genitalia and caring for me. I was so nervous but I felt the care that they were there to help me and it was a better experience. Thank you so much for you gentle care and doing a wonderful service.

This place is great. All procedures were explained and my one hour appointment was just one hour. I had a molar extraction and now 5 hours later I am doing fine. No pain. They sent me home with a list of what I can and cannot do or eat for a couple days. It helps to have written instructions in case you aren’t a good listener when you are nervous. Don’t be nervous, Dr. D is very careful.
