Dr. Gilbert and his entire staff are top notch!! He takes the time needed to educate on what to expect during your procedure. He is professional, caring & attentive. Dr.Gilbert and his staff were extremely professional, informative, helpful, & kind. They made sure we knew what to expect from surgery and alleviated any fears or concerns we had. Today my sister had gotten her teeth pulled from Dr. Gilberto, first I want to start off with a very special shout out to the nurse Jacky! She was so sweet and attentive to my sister and was able to help my sister through her anxiety! Being able to trust and make our family feel safe with the care Dr and Jacky had provided had by far been the BEST experience we have EVER had. My family was very nervous about my sister going under anesthesia since we have had horrific experiences in the past but my sister did inform me the surgery went great she doesn’t even remember! Haha Dr. Gilberto was very kind and had no problem explaining everything to us not to mention his bedside manner was exceptional! My sis also did want me to mention that after the surgery she noticed others were rushing to get her out because it seems like they had a busy schedule and she started to feel a little unwell and was about to leave but without her having to say anything the nurse Jacky noticed and responded so quickly that my sister was able to recovery back to her normal self… aside from all the hilarious videos we all have now 😂 We are so beyond impressed and thankful by the care and skill this office provides. They even gave us a free coupon for a free smoothie! How great is that! If you want a amazing experience for your loved ones Dr. Gilberto, Jacky and the rest of the staff will make sure to provide everything and more. Thank you so much inland institute !

Everything about this office gets a 5 star review from me. From the Doctor himself, to the nurses, and the front desk employees, all go above and beyond. They explain everything in great detail, answer all your questions, but most importantly make you feel very comfortable and cared for. My daughter had the easiest time with her wisdom teeth removal. We were given very specific instructions for post care, both written and by text video, they followed up the next day to see how she was doing. I cannot recommend this office enough. They deserve more than 5 stars! Thank you for making this procedure so smooth!

Dr. Gilbert is so kind and considerate! Talking with him the very first time brought me confidence and trust in him. And simultaneously, from the bottom of my heart, I felt I was so lucky to be at his office!

Amazing staff super nice and comforting! I am terrified of anything Dr or dentist things extremely bad anxiety about it all. But they honestly made it all amazing and comfortable. I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and I feel good still in recovery but so far so good. Didn’t feel anything or remember anything. Very quick and easy trust. Thank you!
