Where to begin... this was by far the most painful, and 2nd most traumatic thing I've ever experienced. I needed a wisdom tooth removed and was referred to this office by my dentist. I wish I read through the reviews more carefully and searched for a different oral surgeon, but lesson learned. This doctor had no bedside manner, didn't talk to me about how the operation was going to go, or how painful it was going to be. He made me feel like an idiot telling me I waited too long to get my wisdom tooth pulled, said I was going to have a gaping hole in the back of my mouth, tooth sensitivity for life, and that I'll end up losing the tooth next to the wisdom tooth. So by this point I was already extremely anxious for the operation and felt like walking out. I really wish I had.... After putting the numbing ointment on my gums for a minute, the doctor very roughly shot me up in the gums with the numbing medication. After 15 minutes or so, he came back in to begin the operation. I'll spare all the details but it felt like I was being tortured. I felt everything he was doing as he spent 30 minutes drilling and ripping the tooth out. I was literally crying in pain and that never happens. After the operation, I was prescribed 20 ibuprofen, 20 tylenol, and 20 antibiotics. I asked what can be done if the ibuprofen and tylenol wasn't enough, and he said I can call to get a stronger prescription. So a few days later I called in because I wasn't able to get any sleep. I was told they won't be back in Hemet til next week, and I'd have to drive down to Moreno Valley for the doctor to take a look and see what can be done. So he lied about calling in for a stronger prescription and failed to mention that they won't be back for a week. There's no way I was going to drive on that dangerous road with no sleep and no guarantee that I could get a stronger prescription. The next day, I come down with the flu, even though that doctors office was the only place I went to the entire week. I read you can get flu like symptoms from an infection, but this was the actual flu, because my kids also got sick. Leads me to believe that they have sick workers, or unsanitary tools used on other patients and not cleaned properly. Needless to say this was a terrible experience overall, and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. If you're hesitant on your appointment or operation, trust your gut and find another doctor.

Dr. Danesh is amazing! I had a tooth pulled and an implant put in. No pain, no problems. Dr Danesh and his office staff are friendly, caring, informative, and very professional. I would definitely recommend him for your dental needs.

I would tread very lightly. The guy was super nice and his nurses did a very decent job but in the end run when they actually remove my wisdoms I came to find out they took a shortcut and did not stitch up my lowers and if we all know how gravity Works food is going to get caught back there and no amount of swishing with the oral treatment they give you is going to get the food out of deep holes. Ended up with a double infection AKA both sides lowers and that's with brushing and using the mouthwash they give you. Super upset that they didn't take the extra time to stitch my lowers like everyone else I know that's ever gotten there's done. Apparently I should have requested it or went to the oral surgen that my friends go to and made the extra 6 hr drive even though it was already a 2.5 hr drive each way for this place. I absolutely love to the staff here and I'm really upset that they cut Corners with me. Maybe they were overbooked that day and wanted to get me out quick but that's still no excuse.

I personally had a great experience here with Dr. Danesh as well as all of the lady's in the office! I had 7 teeth pulled and 3 bone grafts, the pain after surgery was nothing compared to the pain I was having before! Definitely recommend coming here if you need extractions!

Not very helpful, my dentist referred me here so when I contacted them they said they take Dentical but not Molina. When I sent them my information, they told me to call and make an appointment. When I called the receptionist told me, when you figure out what insurance you have, give us a call. I'm glad they showed me how they treat their patients before I went for treatment. It took me two weeks to get that far.

I was referred to this office through a 5 star dentist thinking I would have another pleasant experience.

Nope! This office has a retaliatory response to how they treat people. My appointment was scheduled for a week out and I was told since I was in pain to check in for a sooner appointment (which was a set up) so I did, and because I did this my appointment was pushed back to a later time without notice, tried to call about the mix up no answer.

I arrived and let them know that I made work schedule based upon the original time from a week ago, and I have clients just as they do and I should’ve prioritized enough to be informed. I fill out my medical history and do X-rays, now I’m being medically discriminated against for revealing my conditions and referred to a physician for release to perform the extraction. Which at this point is at the nerve and they know this based on the X-ray. Looked up his medical recommendation and I am not in range to be refused emergency medical attention. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance.
