I had an incredible experience at Intown Smile Studio. Dr. Patterson and Alexa were the reasons why. I walked in at the last minute after finally breaking down and realizing that "maybe it will get better" was not a strategy for a broken tooth I had. They were kind, empathetic, very forgiving of my fear of dentists but first and foremost highly competent and professional. I am grateful to them for their work and their humanity on a really bad day. I have found a new dentist. They were remarkable and it is a pleasure to share their good work with this review.

I have been to this office 3 times within the past few weeks and have been seen by Dr. Estrep, Dr. Patterson, Kalana, and Charro. They are all excellent! Take it from someone who was very afraid of going to the dentist, they are so empathetic, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Just an all around great team that created a great experience for me. I drive at least an hour to get to this office but it's worth it to me. Glad I found my new dental office!

From the welcoming staff and easy communication to schedule to the actual appointment, 5 stars! Janice made over my teeth in the hour long cleaning, restoring a beauty I haven't seen in almost 10 years. I look forward to returning to continue the journey to a beautiful smile.

Dr Estep and her team have provided great service to me for many years. They take time to ensure I understand the dental services being provided or recommended and understand the dentist office creates anxiety for some patients. The staff at Dr. Estep’s are always awesome.
It’s always a wonderful experience. My son has been a patient of this facility for a few years. I recently was seen there as a new patient. They spent a lot of time with me and explained everything in detail. Cara was amazing. She explained each set before and after she shared her findings. Dr. Estep was very thorough and knowledgeable.
The whole team is very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly Personable!
Michelle is very sweet and she always always greets up with a smile!

I always have a pleasant and easy visit at InTown Smile Studio. It is always a super easy check in process. And as soon as I arrive or maybe a few minutes later Tyla greets me with a friendly smile to begin my appointment. She is always sweet, friendly, and professional. She explains everything that she’s doing to make sure I understand and am comfortable. She always answers any questions that I may have and if she doesn’t know the answer, she takes the time to go find out for me. I love this office and definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dentist office that stays update on the latest technology and procedures in the industry.
