Worst orthodontist. Doctor checks for less than a minute and has other people actually doing the work very careless and rude. Receptionist are always rude. I had braces once and notice one tooth was still out of place; I put them on a second time here and my teeth look the exact same. One time I informed the doctor my tooth was crooked and she began to file my teeth without asking first so my teeth were crooked and smaller. Do not recommend

I came here a few years ago and by the end was left very unhappy as I addressed my issues especially about teeth being protruded at the end of peoples braces journey and they said it won’t happen but it did. Would I go here again ? No. The male that was in charge for my braces didn’t seem to care at all and I still think about it and look at my teeth very unhappy and upset I got them even at all. I even remember his assistant saying are you sure look and he just brushed her away and I wondered why. I’m upset I didn’t have a back bone to say the truth. If you go here be FIRM on what you want and don’t leave if you are unhappy with results.

Absolute joke of a clinic. These people are complete idiots and totally disorganized. There were so many times that I had to remind the staff myself of certain important procedures which they had completely forgotten to do. One time I even had to remind them to put my expander on because they had told me it would be installed in the next appointment but then forgot the day of.

Several times they told me my band pattern would be the same as last time, and when I asked them to demonstrate it it was always something completely different.

Office staff (especially that one middle aged lady) can be rude. Dr. Motakef is unhygienic and I've seen him coughing straight into his hands on several occasions.

Please don't cheap out and go somewhere better than this dump.

I absolutely love Family Orthodontic center… Since day one I had such a strong bond with the staff.. the staff is excellent and treat u well very kind and knowledgeable. The office is clean and the parking is convenient. I highly recommend coming here to get braces best place I moved far and still took the drive to come here because the staff is amazing I look forward to catching up with them. After the pandemic I have straight beautiful teeth best life decision ever!! Thank You Family Orthodontic Center

Great Orthodontist! Very accommodating when it comes to scheduling your appointments. I like the fact that they’re open on Saturdays! Staff is very welcoming & explain in detail what your next steps are. The office is very clean and has a positive environment. Highly recommend!

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO GIVE MONEY AWAY!

Not happy with the overall treatment. My son still has a small gap in between his top teeth while completing the Invisalign treatment. I was also upset about the fact that they left glue from the brackets, which looks like checkered spots. Getting your braces off should be an exciting and happy moment and this was not the case for my son. They charged me $75 the day my son was taking off his braces for pictures that they needed or else the braces couldn’t come off. Lastly, they do not give you a set of retainers at completion of treatment. They suggest you use the last tray from Invisalign. The problem with this is that your trays turn yellow after a period of time and become flimsy. Next option is retainers but they charge $600 for a set! Other offices that complete your treatment give you a set or retainers and if lost/ broken the normal fee is $300 for both top and bottom.
They take your money here and I would NOT recommend this place! Definitely do some research!

Everyone at this office is RUDE and will hang up on you! Especially the older man at the front. Horrible horrible horrible customer service!! Find a better place where they treat their customers better!

Couldn’t be any happier with this office! Julio is so welcoming and so helpful! He’s always so positive and so friendly. Hernan is also so nice and has made this process go so smoothly for me. All in all I’m very satisfied with the way my teeth turned out and I will definitely recommend everyone to go here for their braces!
