I wish all my other medical providers showed the level of care and competence I receive at Irvine Smile Design. The office staff is super friendly and always accommodating. They worked me into a busy schedule 3 times in a week when I was having an issue. The hygienist I usually see has the best personality and takes a sincere interest and care. The dentists are all best in class. I have interacted with the entire practice and they are incredible.

I had a terrible experience at this dental office and wouldn’t recommend it. I went in for a cavity that was causing sensitivity, but the dentist completely missed it during the procedure. When I returned to address the issue, the owner gave me a long-winded, confusing explanation before reluctantly agreeing to fill it. Once it was finally done, the sensitivity disappeared, proving it should have been addressed the first time. Even then, the filling feels poorly done.

The office itself felt unprofessional. The front desk assistant was rude, charged my card without explaining the costs, and tried to pressure me into scheduling more work. Overall, this place seems more focused on profits than proper care. I get a bill for 800.00 on top of that for fillings that are barely filled and cause my mouth to be misaligned. Im so upset.

Went in for my first cleaning. It was great. $99.
Went in for my second cleaning. At the end, I was surprised with a bill for $349 for a cleaning. WOW. No warning/mention about the price difference before my visit.
I am getting emails for my next cleaning. I don't think I will be back

This dental office is a gem! The receptionist girl greeted me warmly and professionally both on the phone and in person. Lena (apologies if I misspelled the name), the hygienist, made me feel right at ease with her friendly smile. To my delight, she even remembered me and my stories, considering the fact that I only met her once many months ago and she likely had seen hundreds of patients on a monthly basis. Most importantly, she performed an incredibly thorough cleaning, all while making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you to all the kind staff members for providing such a wonderful experience! 🙂

Usually trips to the dentist can be unpleasant and undesirable.

My experience here was very pleasant, clean facility, everyone was professional no unpleasantness, and everything was completed in a timely fashion! No hassles, a first for me when it comes to visiting the dentist office. So happy I chose this dental office. Dr. Tran and his assistant were excellent!

Today was my first visit at Irvine smile design
Get really nervous going to the dentist but once I got there, the girls in the front were super friendly and Mariam Daher is the hygienist who cleaned my teeth made me really comfortable and she was super gentle with me and explained every detail she was doing while cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend ? Top all this I got to meet the Best Dentist ? Who explained every little detail about my hundred questions … ?
