Dr. Mitchell was so patient with me. He made sure i was completely numb. Even giving me extra because I felt it after the first numbing shot. So thankful that we have found us a new dentist.

Billing me $40 unknown charge. Have spent a lot of money here and have a good dental insurance but always paying a lot of money out of pocket. Called to make an appointment and they stated I need to pay $40 before I can make one. Can not tell me what it is for. I have always paid my bills here and been a customer for a few years.

I cannot thank Dr. Austin enough for his patience and understanding. He listened to my history and was completely understanding. I had 3 extractions a week later (yesterday) and not once did my anxiety flare up. Him and his staff were extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. I visited Dr. Austin Mitchell at Isbell Dental months ago and I can only say I wish I'd gone to him earlier before a visit to the dental company known as the town in Colorado...it would have saved me hundreds of dollars. My visit to the former dental co. mentioned couldn't make my temporary or permanent crowns stay in place and I finally gave up on them. Dr. Austin's temp and permanent crowns worked without any problems and have worked perfectly ever since. Dr. Austin also performed a root canal without any problems. Don't make the $$$ mistake I did.

Dr.Ross was absolutely amazing. I went in and let him and his staff know how petrified I was (I needed a extraction) his staff was so sweet and understanding that they talked to me the whole time and was SO compassionate they gave me a blanket because I was so scared that I felt cold and was shaking ! Even with a arm full of tattoos they never once made me feel childish for being so scared ! Dr.Ross did such an amazing job at keeping me calm, he numbed me so well before the shots that I didn’t even feel the shots and my mouth is a sensitive area. I really want the staff to know how much I appreciate them for their kindness, compassion, understanding & outstanding work.
