Never got past the front desk, they were only interested in my insurance information which I brought with me. Front desk seems to know it all, very poor experience for a new customer with dual insurance coverage.
Customer service 101, listen to the customer. I walked out and won’t be back.

I have been going to Dr. Kirk’s Dentistry since moving to Wickenburg in 2020. Dr. Jon & Dr. Jenna, husband and wife dentists acquired the business from Dr. Kirk and Dr. Kirk still works their part time.
The core support staff is still there and I appreciate the continuation of great care!
