Dr Simpson has been my dentist since I was a kid. I live 2 hrs out of town and come back to see him due to the exceptional quality of care he and his team provide. Not all dentists are created equal! Dr Simpson is one of the best.

Kinzer is a great dentist that helps you with your needs. He listens, he’s compassionate and he truly loves doing a good job. He always makes sure I am comfortable as I am a nervous nelly in the chair. I am so thankful for their care. His staff is also nice friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in pain or dying to have a better smile. ? Can’t wait for my next visit!

Jackson Creek dental has been a wonderful experience. I cracked a rear molar (#31) and needed a root canal and crown ASAP! I was experiencing the worst pain in my life. Not only did Dr. Simpson completely take the pain away buy preforming the root canal therapy treatment but he went above and beyond what I could ever imagine… He sacrificed his off time on the weekend to drive into the office to take care of me. Dr. Simpson is a true professional and has a very skilled touch. I could not express how thankful I am to him and the Jackson creek dental staff. I would recommend this office over any in the Northern California area. If quality is important to you…. The doctors/Hygienists (Jennifer A) will provide only that with such professionalism! I was a new patient at the clinic and I guess the easiest way for me to describe my treatment. Is that on a scale of 10, it was an 11. I found that the people were all totally professional and yet Friendly. I will definitely be going there in the future. I don’t wanna send it

Fantastic level of care. Very competent, trustworthy, and compassionate. We are blessed to have them in our county. I highly recommend this office! Thank you Dr J and the whole staff for taking care of me.

EDIT-
FEES FEES FEES. This place just spontaneously billed me for care that I received and paid for months ago.
They charge insane fees (hundreds of dollars) if you miss an appointment and cancel within 24 hours, and you might also receive a lecture from the receptionist on the phone for this as well.
They are completely out of network for all insurance companies- more fees.

In essence, this place is overall more expensive to obtain care.

I called on Monday morning, 1/13/25. Receptionist was very helpful and polite. I Was able to get an appointment in 2hrs. Staff and Dr.Ask, Jr , was very helpful an excellent service.

Had a dental hygiene appointment. Checked in on time but they never told the hygienist I was there. After 30 minutes waiting in the lobby I mentioned to the receptionist that my hygienist was running really late. Since it was so late into my appointment the receptionist wanted to reschedule me instead of accommodating me after leaving me in the lobby for 30 minutes. I took off work for the appointment. Very poor customer service.
