Dr. Formaker is the only dentist I have ever been too. I do not like going to the dentist but he makes it much easier. He and the office staff are great and so friendly. Doctor’s laugh is so infectious and travels through the whole office. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my teeth. I recommend !

Dr Formaker and his office staff were all lovely. Best cleaning I’ve had in many years, super thorough and done by the dentist himself. All the medical conversations were clearly explained, even down to the how and why we need to floss everyday. Didn’t have all the water and suction tubes in my mouth the whole time which made the visit less stressful. They also had great music playing. So happy my friend recommended. So grateful for the whole experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dentist.
